I have been using this thrift store since I was a teenager and I’m almost 40 now. This thrift store has gone so far downhill in that time. It used to be really nice and kept up and organized. You used to be able to go into a changing room and try on clothes in a timely fashion. You can’t do that anymore. And seeing as most of their selection is clothing, you would think they would prioritize people being able to try them on to make sure they would fit. Instead, you are waiting 20 minutes at the bare minimum for someone to come after ringing the doorbell and they will come over the intercom and tell you to stop if you do it more than once. So really what you have to do is wait for someone who did wait there to be done and try to steal their changing room before they shut the door. It is not clean and nothing is organized. Clothing sizes are all mixed up. A lot of the great things that they have going have gone downhill. It’s just kind of turned into a gross mess. And I feel bad for the employees working there because it is very obvious at the store is severely understaffed and that’s where a lot of these problems are stemming from.

I luv this store! I find everything and MORE every time I visit. The staff there is always amazing and the manager Irene goes above and beyond her duties! The store is usually pretty busy but even so, its always tidy and someone is always available to help. I can't thank her and/or the excellent staff enough for a great shopping experience every time

The older ladies at the registers are horrendous. Their customer service makes you feel guilty for even purchasing an item. We purchased some outdoor furniture and she remarked that "she has to do so much crap" to ring these up and continually huffed and puffed about how time consuming and annoying it is. My Fiancé asked to view a purse from behind the counter and she stated "How am I even supposed to get them?" And "WOW that made me hurt my back" in reference to returning the purse to the hook. I am astonished that Arc has not recieved more complaints about them and that they continue to maintain their positions. Terrible representation of the company and themselves.
Everyone else, especially the volunteers and loaders behind the building, are fantastic and incredibly friendly. The prices are fair and the other customers are a joy to talk to.
However, the continued experiences from these ladies at the register outweigh the positive experiences.
Shop at your own will.

This store robs you of your own money if you clean the filth that is on the items you buy and bleach takes off the tag they dnt give you you money back how greedy of a free donation place they get it free and rip there customers off how pitiful just like if one of there coworkers rings something up different just for a cheaper price they won't give you your money back like it's the ARC THRIFT store seriously it's not that serious to refund a person there money if the tag was cleaned off I can. See if I didn't have the receipt but that was a joke so I left there second hand free stuff there just to show them that they rob there customers so there you go turn around resell them items and get your tax right off sir and by the way they price items they get for free by looking in eBay and the web rather then doing it the old school way and marking the price by what it should be being used

I have frequented this location for years. Honestly, it's gotten much better, it's a lot cleaner, the staff is more friendly. However, the worst part of my recent trip here is that they are selling items like pants and jackets from $25 to $35. Some of these items were not designer or popular brands, and even if they were, this is a thrift store. It wasn't too long ago where I visited this location and most pairs of pants for $10 or $15. Thrift prices do not need to surge, you are not a consignment store.

Insanely outrageous prices. A $5 t-shirt from target will be marked up to $12.99 here.

Solid prices, customer service and good variety of inventory! We loooved TERESA (not sure if her name had a H) but that staff member was professional, kind and funny!! She knew her stuff and was just so helpful!!! We will definitely be coming back!! Wonderful experience :)
Quality of the clothes was hit or miss, and pricing didn’t always match quality. That’s my only feedback to their leadership

I love Arc and I come here often, I will say I got two shirts and while I was wearing one of them I readjusted my shirt to getting stabbed by a tiny needle. Make sure to check your clothes as this needle went through my hand and I was bleeding.

Much higher prices than most other Arc stores in the area.
Changing rooms are closed and they wouldn’t accept my return 11 days after purchased (their policy is 10). The clothing didn’t fit me so I completely wasted $30.
