This is a thank you. I just dropped off an A+ quality couch (helped a super elderly neighbor) just now. I found a wonderful "drop off guy" who has a job with ARC because he's out to do solid greater good work for the community -- and he does. I think his name was John. I kick myself for not writing it down, but wanted to stop for a moment and publicly say thank you, John and ARC for the work you do in this community.

I get that every business needs to make a profit to a point where you're crossing the line. A Dooney purse for $200! Really!? There is something wrong with this picture! Yes it's a nice purse and maybe crocodile but pricing at $200! People go to the ARC because they can't afford OR justify pricing on nice things. I am shocked! Not to mention I can find the same purse on line for $100.
Whom ever decides the pricing needs to do some more research.

Prices are outrageous! I find cool things in here but it’s absolutely absurd. Sharing a photo of a Walmart top priced for $10 but has original tags of it on clearance for $1.00..

They closed all the registers as I was waiting to check out and I had to wait for a new cashier to open before I could check out. During this whole process they were rude as if I was an inconvenience.

If I could give 0 stars please believe me I would. I found a few good finds I was happy. Until I went to pay for the items I found and was greeted with nothing but down right blatant disrespect from the cashier who's name is NAKIYA. It absolutely flores me and think differently about the Arc as a whole. The fact that they have workers who treats their customers in such a unprofessional manner laughing at them, calling them dumb, even telling them not to go shopping if you can't afford to and all because she had to do something on her end but she would rather continue sitting down not engaging or even looking at customers. I have already submitted a claim to the store itself have yet to hear back. I will take this to the corporate level as well. For a company that advertises helping people especially those with disabilities as myself this kind of incident should never had happened nor should it be tolerated.

I used to waste time & money going to this place looking for bargains. It was a nice way to get out of the house while trying to save money. The staff is friendly enough but the products are Way TOO EXPENSIVE in 6/24.
It's easier, and often Less expensive to buy New Items on-line.
I've chosen to buy New things online instead.
No more Impulse buying here, it's always cheaper somewhere else.

Absolutely horrendous shopping experience, as expected, but you can find some good deals.

Not bad for a thrift store.

Almost everything is stupidly overpriced. Often higher than MSRP. Staff is rude, they treat you like a criminal the second you walk into the store. I found a scarf with no price and it was literally tossed aside and I was told I could not purchase it. Tried to have it held and was told come back tomorrow. I asked where it would be and the cashier just didn't answer at that point, instead stating it was store policy. Apparently if you find something unlabeled you're just out of luck and will not be allowed to purchase it. Maybe things should be put on the floor without secure price tags!

There are many locations around Denver however this one specifically is filled with ridiculous prices, as if this was a retail store getting new product although they are a 100% donated a profit based company who are selling products for unreasonable prices not only are prices unreasonable but the employees at this location are extremely unwelcoming and rude. If you are in a low income situation, I suggest finding a different store to get your daily needs from.

Needed help lifting a dresser. They scratched it and I didn't notice it until I got home due to the fact that that end was far up in the vehicle. Not pleased
