We called to make an appointment for hail damage. I set up the appointment with Chuck to show up at 10:30 on Tuesday. Talked to him on the phone the prior week and confirmed we completed our adjustment interview with Progressive. We take time off work to be there on time. Chuck is condescending to my wife, says he didn’t have an appointment recorded, and said he couldn’t work the estimate back to insurance THAT HE SAID HE NEEDED TO DO ON THE PHONE PRIOR. He told us to schedule repair. Yeah right, that’s not happening. Anyone else, beware the rude behavior you’ll encounter, find some other place that actually wants the business. Chuck doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing and he’ll simply waste your time.

I was having a really difficult time with getting my car repaired and was not getting any communication. I was finally referred to Apex and was so grateful to work with Randy and the whole team. The communication that I received was consistent, timely and reassuring. Even if updates were not always exactly what what I would have liked to receive, it was very much appreciated to be contacted on a regular basis. I could tell that they cared about my experience and moving things along as quickly as they had the ability to. Would highly recommend.

I recently had my Porsche vandalized and was recommended to this shop through a Facebook Porsche group. They did a phenomenal job! Randy, who I believe is the owner, is very conservative in what work needs to be done while still ensuring everything looks perfect, and his shop runs a very fair business in terms of value. It was a difficult personal time for me while having these repairs, and I was met with much consideration, even when I was getting impatient. I highly recommend this shop; do understand they are BUSY, and so repairs will likely take a little extra longer. The work is wonderful though and I would definitely come here again.

They do good work, but they make it hard to want to refer them anymore. The front of the house is chaos and does not seem to be in any communication with the people doing the actual work.
Interactions with the staff can range wildly from pleasant and professional to gruff and unprofessional.
Paintwork was good, not great and indicated a lack of attention to detail in the masking lines and overspray that required additional time from me to correct. Since I don't get paid to do paint work I find this less than desirable. So, one star off for having to deal with their chaos and another for less than stellar workmanship.
It's a shame because this was once one of the best shops in the metro area, and while they are not down to the level of Earl Scheib or Maaco, there are now other alternatives that might be a more pleasant experience nearby.

Randy and his team are most excellent! The car was repaired perfectly and in a timely fashion. Highly recommend if you're in the Denver-metro area!

I want to extend my deepest thanks to the team at Apex Auto Body for their help fixing a scratch on my car door today. Chuck was incredibly honest, professional, and transparent about the ways they could and couldn't remove the damage. He ultimately helped me make a pragmatic decision that made the most sense for me in my particular circumstances. I spoke with several other business that quoted me the highest price possible. I'm glad I shopped around and found the team Apex. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing paint or auto body repair.Many thanks to Deon for his work fixing the scratch!

My 911 has been there for months!And I’m perfectly ok with it because perfect work by Apex takes time. This is not dry cleaning!I’ll will post pics when it’s doneIf you have a 911 especially air cooled this the best place in the country! hands down to have body and paint work completedJoe Lewis

Dave is the best and honestly this is likely the most professional legit body shop in the world. Amazing the cars his staff and him work on and even more incredible is the work. Don't go anywhere else. He fixed the Porsche right up!!!

Was referred to go here by my auto detail shop. Had some bad trail rash on my black 4Runner and Randy and team did a great polish job to where you cannot see the white scratches anymore. It was a great alternative to having the whole side repainted at a much cheaper value. They even cleaned the floor mats and inside of the car. Highly recommend.

Randy and the team at Apex are phenomenal. I brought my Volkswagen in for bumper repair after a hit and run and they did great work. While it was in the shop, they identified an airbag issue and a water leak that had been causing me issues for years. They fixed everything promptly and kept me informed every step of the way.I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else in the future and I can’t thank their team enough for the timeliness and quality of work. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service team is outstanding. One of the best auto experiences I’ve had in Denver. Thank you again!!!

Randy and his team did a great job on my 1990 Nissan skyline, having never worked on a car like this before they were extremely resourceful and were awesome working with the insurance company, i had to get a new front aftermarket bumper fitted, painted and installed, plus some repairs on my frame rails, plus some other misc mechanical bits addressed, Randy went above and beyond to make sure i was a happy customer, the car looked like new when i got it back and i would recommend them to anyone for any bodyshop needsService: Body & Trim
