Store owner was SUPER rude. While trying on shoes told us we were in the way of other customers from seeing the shoes mind you the store was empty. We were talking within ourselves to figure out what shoes would be great for our dress and owner literally came and told us that we can't just be standing around getting in the way of other customers getting shoes, the store was empty!!
While there a group pulled and started talking about what shoes to get again owner came up and told them they had to move and shop around because they are blocking other customers from shopping. Overall she was so rude!!!

This is a great shoe store for special events. I got my wedding shoes here after looking at at least a dozen other stores. They always have good deals, and I'm finding myself planning a trip to Angels for another occasion. (I just wish there was another location here in Aurora!)

I returned never used shoes for store credit, since I don’t have time to shop today and wanted to respect store return policy, they said no store credit and exchange is final! Do not shop here!

The employees at this store clearly can’t complete simple tasks. Who puts 2 shoes of the same foot in the same box and who sells shoes like that? They do. I needed these shoes for an important event just to get stuck with this mess. I’m going back as soon as possible to at least get the other foot, if not a refund. Do not buy shoes from these incompetent people, I know I won’t ever again.

Owner was very rude, told me I was trying on to many shoes and to make a decision, then when the shoes didn't fit they wouldn't let me return the shoes!

I come here today looking for a shoes for my sister. I had to take a picture and send it to her to see which one she likes. When I start to take a picture the owner approaches me and told me \\\"you can't take a picture.\\\" Very rude guy and terrible customer service!!

Worst shoe store. Don’t go there the owners are disgusting rude to employees and customers. My girlfriend wanted to get shoes to wear with a dress. She found a pair after searching the store for an hour as all the shoes sold here are knock off look alikes. We paid for the shoes she found... thinking we could return them if she didn’t like them with the dress. Came back a week later and tried returning them they said we can only exchange the shoes. I explained to the man at the counter the one sign in the store that nobody sees is unreal. He then showed me the receipt which is after the fact we already paid! I advise everyone to stay away from this store as they could care less about there customers and just want your money!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I HATED working here, Mr. Kim is by far the most bitter person most immature always wants to pick fights with employees. His customer service is horrible. I was there for only 2 weeks and maybe 10 customers complained about him. I would never recommend for anyone to work here or come and by thing from them. HORRIBLE!!!

Bought boots and when I went home to put them on one shoe was the right size and the other one was 3 size to big, went back to get my other boot and they replaced it with an other boot that looked the same but was different material and told me I couldn't get a refund. Wouldn't recommend this store at all
