I've been a customer of Allstate since 2010 or 2011 have never filed a claim until late May of this year. I filed a claim the adjuster who came out to view my damage now tells me he lost all the photos he took of the damage. Don't know if they are sending someone else out to view the damage or what they're doing. When they say you're in good hands with Allstate that's a joke

I cancelled my (extremely overpriced policy) with three weeks' notice. He failed to actually cancel the policy, and the full payment was pulled from my account a month later. After cancelling the policy, he provided no confirmation of the refund or how it would be delivered. When I requested proof again of the refund he simply responded with a screenshot and not another word. Completely unprofessional. Go somewhere else.

I called this agency for a quote. Was advised of a call back within minutes. They failed to call, meet the expectations they set, communicate properly. If there was a delay or an issue I would’ve appreciated some sort of communication instead of waiting for a phone call. I called multiple places and EVERY SINGLE person called me back. Overall I am disappointed that there are still businesses that aren’t willing to help out

I did not get an explanation of my coverage and when I asked about my coverage when it was in claims - he mentioned "I was pretty sure I mentioned the coverage" well that is not professional we pay for this service.
