I wouldn't give them even one star if it was possible. This is like the 3rd time we have been charged one thing when it says another. The gentleman helping my son tonight was going to use his points and buy some meal deals for the family. He charged him by double. Didn't use the meal deal points. When my son tried to explain the guy didn't even hardly speak english and was using a google translate to talk to him. I am not going back there until they get all new staff that actually is customer friendly and can actually fully speak english. I feel so offended. Too bad for them my husband buys a lot there.

Pizza was labeled 8.29 then they rang it up as 10.29. I showed him the error and he said okay give me $10…?!?!? With tax that’s still only $9. You can’t say something is one price then add an additional $2 at the register.

I've had the same experience as the customer, Wolf Lover, who commented previously and with the same clerk. The first time it happened, I wasn't sure and thought perhaps I'd miscalculated. Today, I brought in 2 winning lotto tickets for redemption. One was a $9 winner and the second, $3. This employee told me my winnings were $12. I purchased $19.00 worth of Cash 5 tickets and a $3.00 lotto ticket. I should have paid $10 after deducting my winnings, but he insisted I owed him $13.00 and then promptly threw the old tickets and redemption papers into the trash, after crumbling them up. Now I know he's as crooked as can be! In the future, if he's at the counter, I will drive to another store

I went in to 711 today and there was a Indian worker that can't speak good English and he over charges me. Thus has happened on multiple occasions. He also didn't change His gloves the whole time I was in there and he was touching my food and then the kiosk and cash then touching food again. He did this with another customer as well. He couldn't understand a basic question. I paid for everything and asked for the buffalo roller I already paid for and he tried to put everything back and grab it. He can't understand basic English and he over charged me. This needs to be fixed.

worst service the young male clerk was on the phone and NOT paying attention, had to repeat myself several times, over charged me. Like I said he was on the phone the entire time.

The most backwoods trashy gas station I’ve ever been into and I lived in the south. Not to mention the worst service I’ve ever received. I hope they close down soon.
