Absolutely horrendous experience! They advertise energy drinks at a special price if you buy 3. I went in on 4/8, grabbed three, went to the register, and they rang up for more. The associate, Gigi, informed me that I was still saving money buying three, just not as much as the sign stated. I told her I would like her to honor the advertised price, to which she stated "only a manager can do that"...shocker, when I asked her to get the manager, no manager was working. She literally reached over the counter, grabbed the drinks, and pulled them away from me. Fast forward to today, went in, sale sign still up, so I went to purchase. Again, they rang up higher than the advertised price. I asked the gentleman to honor the price, and he said he couldn't change it. I tried to explain my frustration, and have never been talked to in such a condescending, hateful manner. He told me I needed to understand that their registers weren't ringing correctly, and there was nothing he would or could do. I told him at a minimum, he should take his signs down, as that is false advertising. He told me that would be stupid since he'd just have to put them back up once the register started ringing things correctly. He then told me to "get the fXck out of the store". Honestly, how do places stay in business treating people this way? 7-11 corporate, is this really how you want your stores operating? I see a lot of others have experienced similar situations.

This place is an a solute joke, employees are rude as hell and give attitude just because you went into the store, they will try to ring up extra items, refuse to do anything with their western union or anything with their money services, let's the phone ring and ring while they play on their phones. Got cussed out the other night for buying the homeless guy outside something to eat from here. Not to mention it's never clean on the inside. It is beyond me how they still are open.

This has to be the worst 7-Eleven when it comes to pricing. When in sign clearly says 8 boneless wings $3. The gentleman behind the counter tries to charge me $12 I let him know the song clearly says eight wings for $3 the rudeness of this gentleman was unbelievable would not even come around the corner to look at the sign sign in the window clearly stage large coffee$1.49 I get charged 250 I have been going there every day for over 6 months and after this experience I will never go back I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional the gentleman behind the counter was

Night crew- outstanding. Day crew, amazing, morning crew, very kind! I LOVE this 7/11,....I always get coffee here (nearly everyday) and there is not a single worker that is bad. They always keep the store clean, coffee is ALWAYS full...Due to the location, the clientele is less than ideal, these guys and gals are basically saints for the incredible service and magnificent attitudes they constantly uphold! Even if they may be having a tough day, you would never know it bec they are so professional, and friendly to customers myself included, time and time again. They kick serious butt here! Best 7-11 anyone could hope to go to! Also, I have witnessed them (all workers) make friendly conversation with ALL people, without any discrimination (no matter what race, gender, homeless, disabled, etc..). I would go out of my way to come here instead of any other station. Last thing, they are always fully stocked up, and if something is out, it is restocked within a couple days. ✌️

I live in the area and had several bad experiences with employees just being rude for no reason. But the situation that takes the cake was about a year ago when a late night employee pulled a long barrel revolver on me. I gave money to the homeless couple out front. I had put my Swishers in the car and grabbed all the change in my cup holder. He accused me of buy tobacco and giving it to them At Gun Point. This is not a safe place.

I brought my lunch and heated up at 7-11 all the time and always get a fountain drink, but this time I didn’t. The cashier, an older white man with grey/ white hair and moustache, literally ran out the store complained to his colleagues or friend, while pointing at me; I waved, and he decides to flick me off instead, calling me trash and what not.I didn’t know I couldn’t heat my food without an employee getting upset about it.

Here at 1230 am. Store is closed guy kicked someone out and locked the door. No closed sign Or anything.... Store was closed all day till 10 pm and now it's closed again... Seems like the chubby old guy that works here doesn't want to actually work.... Bad employee hopefully he will get fired so someone who wants to work actually can earn their $.....
