Lakeside Amusement Park is a family-oriented amusement park that has been delighting visitors for over 100 years. Lakeside is a popular destination for birthdays, family reunions, and company picnics, providing a nostalgic and affordable experience. While the park is well-loved for its historic charm, some visitors have expressed concerns about the maintenance of the rides, particularly the rollercoasters. The wood rollercoaster is reported to be quite jolting, and the Chipmunk rollercoaster has rough turns that can be uncomfortable. Despite these concerns, many guests continue to find joy and delight in the park's timeless atmosphere and family-friendly offerings.
Phenomenal experience, like stepping back into a time machine, probably the most underrated spot in Denver. Hopefully they re-open the wood coaster, would be back for that!

I’ve been coming here since 1976. I still love this park. I know it’s seen better days. All we can do is pray they pull it together and bring back our beautiful family park. What an epic place. I’m old enough to have attended the demolition derby’s - now that was coooool !!!
