I've always looked to massage for relief of my aches and pains but assisted stretching actually feels better. “Starting my fitness journey at Colfax Strong was a pivotal moment for me. Having struggled with holding myself accountable when it came to working out, I knew I needed a change. That's why I opted for personal training. I've always been self-conscious about being too "slender" and wanted to put on muscle, but lacked the guidance and motivation to do so effectively.With the help of Jordan, my personal trainer, and Esther, one of the gym's owners who is also in charge of nutrition, I started my “12 week body transformation”. Jordan's backing and motivation helped me tremendously. With his custom workouts, I began to see great progress. Esther's expertise in nutrition was also a huge part in my progression. I can lift more weight than before. The coaches really want to make sure you are doing each exercise the right way to prevent any injury. Each class is different so it's always exciting. I love the different challenges. I've belonged to a lot of gyms - January comes around I find a good deal and 2-3 months later I'm bored of it because I'm not seeing the scale drop or legit results... well here I am only 6 weeks later and I AM seeing awesome results. Give it a try! You won't regret it!”

Everything is so clean and well maintained, from the impressive amount of equipment to the nicest bathroom/showers you’ll ever find in a CF gym! Even with all that, the coaching and people are really what make this place stand out. Coaches are super knowledgeable, fun, and invested in each member, ready to go with any required scaling options. Classes are well organized, with slightly longer class times you never feel rushed and always have effective warm-up’s/cool-downs. As someone who has been doing CrossFit for 14+ years, I can honestly say I drive by no less than 5 other CrossFit gyms on my way to MOB and it’s so worth the drive! “I decided to give F45-Cory Merrill a try and signed up for their kickstart trail month and I am blown away! I've been going for almost a month and am already seeing progress in my body definition and a little weight loss which is exactly what I was looking for! Going to the gym/lifting weights/working out in general has always been difficult for me as I never know what to do once I get to the gym. F45 makes it so easy with having the work outs created and played on a screen as you work through each pod! I also really enjoy the environment of F45 - sometimes gyms feel intimidating for me but the coaches and other classmates are supportive and encouraging - shout out to Coach Maggie and Luis!! Each day of the week the classes vary and focus on different types of work outs (HIIT, strength training, resistance training, etc) so you can chose classes that meet the needs you are wanting to work out. I also love how they are able to fit a solid workout routine in only 45 minutes! Couldn't recommend this place enough!”

Some days I am sore, tired and I don't want to get up to exercise at 5AM. But I show-up anyhow and I am so glad I do. I leave there an hour later invigorated and thankful that I came. The staff and workout veterans are passionate and welcoming. It's an unofficial accountability that I don't get if I were to just go downstairs in my own home to exercise. It's odd, really, that I own virtually the same equipment yet I am drawn to drive to an organized workout studio that encourages and uplifts the spirit each and every time. I have even modified my diet and sleep cycle to accomodate this new lifestyle that I've been missing out on. Come; I encourage you to stop reading, take the next step and come to the Studio and find out firsthand what I am preaching!”
