“Tracy went above and beyond to assure us of having a good stay. Good sense of humor and friendly, too! The room exceeded expectations and included TV with lots of channels, a nice bathroom and shower fixtures (with good flow and nice, hot water), a box fan for moving air, and modern outlets. I appreciate Tracy warning us about bears wandering through the property, as I had a dusty paw print on my driver's side door in the morning (we had removed all food the night before, so there was zero damage or worry).
10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat.”
“We re-aired our tires here after many hours crossing from Silverton. Good strong air pressure pump. Gained some gas to make sure we had enough gas to get Gunnison. We refreshed ourselves too by getting snacks, sandwiches and using their restrooms. We visited September 22nd 2021.”

“I had a last minute change of plans and needed a place to stay in Lake City. We were able to get a room at the Silver Spur Motel. It met all of our needs. The staff were very kind and helpful. The owner John was so very sweet. The rooms are neat and clean. I loved that it had a mini kitchen with microwave, refrigerator and stove. It is right in the middle of town and we could walk to the shops, restaurants, river and town park. I would stay there again!”
