“Cindy in the women's department at the Lafayette store is an absolute rock star! She helped me find a pair of pants that my mom wanted in another color and she went above and beyond! My mom, who lives over an hour from the store, is so very excited!! Thank you doesn't quite cover it as her help was top notch! You can train people, but you either have customer service skills or you don't, and Cindy is a true gift in that arena.
