Dylan was great at helping us get new phones. Over multiple trips, he helped us choose, receive, and set up our phones. He patiently worked through our password issues and a system issue porting my number. No matter how many questions we asked, he answered them cheerfully and fully, all while working to get us the best deal. I really appreciate his great customer service and will seek him out for all future Verizon purchases or problems. Thanks again, Dylan, for all your hard work!

Gustavo is unmatched! I was completely impressed and blown away with his professionalism and customer service! I was apprehensive about switching since I was disappointed with Verizon service in the past but thanks to him. I felt more comfortable with making the jump. Great group of people to help. Shoutout to Dylan and happy I trusted him for getting me the best deal on my new phone. Thrilled that I was able to get a smartwatch for next to nothing. I had questions about my first month's bill but remembered the first was going to be more. Definitely coming back to see Dylan when it's time for the rest of my family to upgrade.
