ServPro of Lafayette/Louisville turned an almost uninhabitable townhouse into a livable and salable one. Years of hoarding and neglect of all kinds by a relative, of which we were unaware, made us heartsick. Justin (owner) and Kris (foreman) were extremely responsive, empathetic and professional in their proposal, and then in executing the multiple bio-mediation steps that were necessary. We certainly have no hesitation in recommending them.

I woke up 2 am with the toilet overflowing and water and sewage everywhere. These guys came in and were able to get all the water and sewage sucked out and then pulled carpet, replaced all the pad, and then cleaned, the carpet instead of replacing the whole thing. They were a pleasure to go through this process with. You couldn't tell that anything had happened and it smelled like new.

It was an absolute joy to work with ServPro - they were kind, thorough, explained everything that they were doing and even taught me about how some of my house's systems work to help me understand what had happened. Plus, they arrived within an hour of my call, with masks on and had everything they needed to get my house on the mend quickly. I would work with them again in a heartbeat!

These guys did a great job of drying out our kitchen tile floor and media room following water damage. They were very easy to work with and very helpful throughout the entire process. Nate and Joel were excellent communicators. They were very helpful. I would definitely hire SERVPRO again.

ServPro was hired by our insurance company after a fire in an adjacent home caused a huge amount of smoke damage to our home and possessions. They were tasked with packing up all our things, hauling them away, cleaning them, and then storing them until we had repaired our home sufficiently to receive our items back again.
