RUF Fitness has been a game changer for me to move from every FAD diet known to man, to learning how to manage, lose and maintain healthy weight with healthy habits. The old fashioned way - eat well, move often and BE CONSISTENT. My beaten-down metabolism is starting to listen!

I have used their online facebook group for support and accountability and I have received more than that! It is such a welcoming community where everyone supports everyone at any stage of their fitness journey. They provide you with the knowledge to be able to meet your goals and grow as a person.
