We discovered our master shower had been leaking into our second bedroom. Restoration logistics crew came out within 24 hours and managed to identify and begin to fix the problem immediately. Team was awesome -- very hard worker, respectable, friendly and knowledgeable. Very thorough, honest, and kept on top of things. The team was always readily available and eager to answer any questions and help.

Restoration logistics did an excellent job cleaning up after smoke and ash damage from the fire! They were incredibly thorough and hard working for a full two days. Very polite and punctual! Used Dan (Project Manager) and his team to clean up the house from smoke/wind damage due to the Marshall Fire in Louisville. They did a great job! They were flexible on timing and respected my space. They remained courteous and professional the entire time by keeping me updated. Sergio was truly wonderful and pleasant.

Approached Restoration logistics in order to avoid having to organise the various different elements to get a leak and collapsed ceiling repairs.Professional from the start and detailed all of the steps involved in the repairs. Highly recommended to my friends and family.

We work in conjunction with Restoration logistics in removal of debris on site. Sergio and the crew are super conscientious about not having unsightly dumpsters in residential locations. After repeated problems with another mitigation company, I called Restoration Logistics on a Saturday afternoon. Michael came out in less than an hour, looked through the damage in our house, suggested no additional mitigation work (contrary to what the other company planned to do and bill me for), clearly explained his reasoning, and explained multiple alternatives on how we could approach repair/rebuild. He declined to invoice me for the visit and was just happy to help. His years of experience clearly showed in his explanations. He took a load off our mind with regards to how bad (or rather, not bad) our damage was. Hopefully we won't have any more in-house water damage, but if we do, I'll call Restoration Logistics first thing next time.
