Had an issue with our swing gate and Primo's was the only local company I could find to work on it. The issue turned out to be very hard to diagnose, and Jeremy and the Primo team came out a second time at no charge to get it take care of... really glad I chose them and they took good care of me.

The owner here was rude and tried to intimidate me by telling me if I wrote this review that they would attack my company with a bad review even though they’ve never done business with my company. They also won’t talk to women about pricing they only want to talk to their husbands.
Be careful, they lied about the state of our door and tried to charge us twice as much as others in the area who all have awesome reviews. I decided not to be intimidated by their promise to retaliate if I left a bad review because people should know what they are getting into and they should be kind and nice to their perspective clients! I’d never use them again! Do NOT TRUST THEIR SUPER HIGH PRICING! And when they tell you that your door might fall and land on your head, they are just trying to push you to spend 2X what you need to spend on your garage door. We used them in the past and they didn’t even clean up after themselves! I bet they paid for their reviews cause I just can’t believe how they treated me when I was ready to pay their super high pricing, before I saw their truth!

Quality work from Jeremy and Isaiah of Primos. They came the day after my call and were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Garage door was back in service after repairing a broken spring, bearings and a couple faulty wheels. Thanks for great service!

Told estimate tech I was stuck in traffic but on my way gave info so he could get started without me. Tech left site and never communicated that he was leaving before doing so. I arrive and cant find anyone, then I get a response that he left because "they're busy".. 1. I know your techs get stuck in traffic, held up etc and you expect people to understand.. 2. If you're going to leave, tell the customer so they don't waste their time going out to a site for no reason.. I'll use a company with techs capable of basic communication.

My garage door came off the track. I called Primos garage doors based off of their Google reviews. Jeremy and Isaiah came out and addressed my issues. They were very thorough and knowledgeable on garage door systems as well as friendly and personable. If you need any garage door needs I highly recommend using Primos!

They will quote you one price then change it mid stream once your door is not functional (torn apart) adding on parts & labor never agreed to. Be aware they are scammers. Not to mention paying their inflated invoice then binds you to ongoing periodic “maintenance” by them or they give you no warranty on the over priced parts. This is a classic bait & switch operation. I was just scammed out of almost $1,000 by this company for a couple hundred dollar part. (Spring) Beware of Primos. Spend your $ somewhere trustworthy instead, definitely would NOT recommend Primos Garage Doors.

I would highly recommend Primos Garage Doors for repairs or replacement of your garage doors. They are knowledgeable and professional while at the same time making you feel comfortable and valued . They provide top notch service and as a prior Military member I know what customer service and professionalism looks like and they deliver quality service. We contacted Primos via email on a Sunday and received an immediate response and received an estimate within the hour. A repair was scheduled within 12 hours and the work was performed by Mike. The door works great. I would highly recommend this business for the prompt service, professionalism and courtesy shown by the owner and both employees that I had direct contact with
