I used Postnet because I had an extremely important envelope i needed shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight and I figured since shipping is what postnet does, they would be my best bet to get it taken care of. This was on a Saturday and I was clear it needed to arrive on Monday. On Monday I found out the package never left. I went back to Postnet and they informed me that the pickup for that day must have already came. This epic failure on their part is ultimately going to cost me my job. I wouldn’t recommend using postnet. Ever.

Stopped in a couple weeks ago with my kid to get a small paragraph printed on some fancy paper for their school assignment. They helped us select a nice piece of paper, we emailed the PDF file over, and they printed it out for us. When I went to go pay the gentleman, who I presume is the owner, wanted to make a deal with us. If my kid got an A on the assignment, then there is no charge. Otherwise, come back and settle up. Well, I am proud to say that they did receive an A on that assignment. Thanks PostNet!

Huge thank you to Crystal and the whole team for helping me manage my printing needs for 3 projects at the same time, one being a music festival! I seriously cant thank you all enough for the quick turnaround, answering all of my questions, and working with my deadlines. I definitely will come back to do more business!

This PostNet is under new management, and not for the better. I had a mailbox here for years and the new owner was dismissive and rude when I tried to renew. He snapped at my daughter when she went in recently. I always think of PostNets as community businesses -- like this one used to be. That's no longer the case.
