Watched my granddaughter have her 7th birthday party. It was spectacular. Would recommend to anyone who likes to have fun.

Could not be happier!!!!!!!!!We had an amazing experience today with my daughter having her Birthday party here. The staff made it so welcoming and easy! I was surprised at how smooth everything went!!!If you'll have a party here ask for Annabella to be your host help. She was so awesome and the kids adored her. My daughter and her friends are still talking about how cool she is. All around this was the best place we held a party at ever. And they even let us use a push cart to load everything up at the end which helped alot could be a major selling point to people considering a party here. Definitely impressed. Thanks!!!

Revised, the following year after my positive 5 star review, and thousands of $$$ spent. This last year there was a bully there nearly every visit pushing smaller kids off high obstacles and yelling at the back of the gym masked by a loud air compressor and out of view. He formed a gang to pick on younger kids. The staff failed to deal with the issue once we brought it up to management on several occasions. They seemed to already be aware of the issue, but did not correct it. We changed gyms to solve the problem. I would avoid this gym, if you do go, pay attention, don't trust the staff to monitor the kids.

My 5 year old loves the mini hero camps. It’s the highlight of my weekend watching him having so much fun.

The staff, cleanliness of the center and the environment that Ninja Nation gives our family is unbeatable!! Our kids leave their happy and excited to come back!

EDITED: Lauren from Ninja Nation reached out to me and made this right. Thank you for following up and making it right. Will update rating in the near future based on next experience.I am not one to hold grudges against businesses, but after yesterday's experience at Ninja Nation Lafayette, I will not give them my money again.My three children asked for passes to NN Lafayette for Christmas in 2022. They each got several passes from both grandparents, which are stored electronically on the NN system, so no one ever had a physical copy of any related documents. We used them throughout 2023 without any problems.Fast forward to Spring Break (March of 2024) when we wanted to use them... we were told we didn't have any left. I was surprised as I knew we used some, but not all of the punches. I was told by the manager (all of my interactions yesterday were with this man) that the punches expire after 1 year of purchase, and this was stated on the transaction receipt. I told him that I did not purchase them, they were gifted to my children by two different grandparents, and neither of them told me about this. He apologized that I wasn't told that and said there was nothing he could do.I walked away to get my kids who went to play upstairs while I got this settled, but stopped and came back to ask who else I could speak to about this because it wasn't right. This is when he told me he was the manager and I could talk to him about my frustration, but there was nothing he could do. I then asked him to look up how many punches we had that lapsed. He found out we had NINE punches left. One hour of open gym time is $18. Doing the math, that is theft of $162 and time that my kids missed out on that was gifted to them. Nine punches and he (the manager!!) still "couldn't do anything."That is when I told him we would never be back, to which he replied, "I hope you have a nice day." I got my kids and left.This is the worst business model and customer service I've ever experienced. I've never been more disappointed in a business or store before. I can't believe this is acceptable practice!How can you make it right, Ninja Nation? Give me access to my 9 punches until they're used up. They should NOT expire.My advice to people looking for places to give your money to entertain children? Don't waste your time or money (or anyone else's money) at this gym.

Our experience of imagination during the mini heroes class on Saturday mornings has been wonderful. The coaches are young but very attentive to the kids. If I could share an area of improvement for them it would be to break the kids into 2 groups if there are 2 coaches so that kids aren't waiting in line as long for their turn.

My daughter has come here for no school day camps for the last two years and loves them, so this year she decided she wanted to have her birthday here. It was amazing. We added a host, and it was so worth it. Braum, our host, was personable, energetic, and incredibly helpful. He was so engaging with the kids and seemed to truly enjoy what he was doing. I can't recommend it enough.
