great products at great prices. but the least friendly staff of any grocery store (or store) i’ve been in. not quite rude, but the opposite of friendly. it’s almost like having a grumpy attitude is a job requirement. every time i check out i’m disappointed.

The meat selection is nonexistant, and the checkout lines are painfully slow. I often feel judged by the staff for not aligning with their granola vegan hippy image.

Nice store. Great selection of produce, frozen food, and ready to eat items. Large dried herb selection but it seems to have shrunk lately. Helpful staff is available to find what you are looking for among the many shelves.

If you've wondered about what happened to the old school Boulder hippies, you can find them here walking the aisles at the Natural Grocers, along with of course the all organic produce, the famous bulk foods section, and the absolutely abysmal sale rack. The cashiers will take 15 minutes to answer a question, and just as long to scan in an item, but will they do it in socks and Chaco's? Yes. Will they get confused about how to use the registers? Absolutely yes. Will it somehow be entirely in line with the whole aesthetic of the store? Also yes.

Spent over $50 in groceries here and Mary begrudgingly gave me the code to the bathroom, acted like it was a huge inconvenience.
