Metro by T-Mobile provides good and helpful customer service, with kind and bilingual staff. Service is described as awesome and beyond. However, the store can have very annoying wait times when only one employee is present, leading to long delays for bill payments. Customers appreciate the helpful assistance but note the store needs more employees to manage both sales and payments efficiently.
Went with my mom to get a new phone.. a young lady named Josie was helping her out and did a great job explaining everything to my mom. I don't use their service but the help and communication was amazing ✌️
