“Several times in the past, I was always told by this store that there were no rounded lens for what I was looking for because of style change. The guy didn't bother to help. It was disappointing and I walked right out.
Yesterday (8/30), I passed by again. The staff that day were very helpful. The man was very willing to help me and listened to me patiently. He even got a lady who seemed very knowledgeable about the products to help me find what I was looking for. She was very patient with me and we found a comfortable pair that was very close to what I wanted. I left with a new pair of sunglasses and a smile on my face.
The right staff really made a difference! I got a chance to explore a huge selection of the sunglasses and she even guided me with the touch screen to search for more information. I will definitely come back for more.”

“I walked in needing to rent a suit for a wedding on very short notice. Demi was amazingly friendly and super helpful! She got my measurements, had me try on all the pieces I needed and had me out the door quicker than I could have expected (in a good way). The process was smooth. Everything was explained to me well and I feel great knowing all I need to do is go back for pick-up in a few days. Thanks for a great experience!”

“I really enjoyed my time at Eleanor recently bc I am not a big shopper and I get self conscious. I would rather have someone with styling experience help me curate my outfits and this shop was so great for that. Someone mentioned they had new ownership so I stopped in and the ladies were so kind and helpful. “The lady working here was so wonderfully helpful. We were looking for suit jackets and everywhere we went nothing fit me. I'm very tall with long arms. When the woman asked if she could help us and we informed her about what we were looking for she was so gracious to explain to us that they would not have anything that would fit me here. They would be too big. But she explained how to find something that fit at nearby stores. We found something right after that. A+”
