Whoever designed the single register and touch screen setup needs to get out of the customer service industry. It’s the perfect setup for employees to ignore you and they most certainly do. We were forgotten at the “second” drive thru window. It doesn’t take 15 minutes to cook an apple pie. I had to go in to get the order and then back in to get the half they forgot.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to In My Life it doesn't matter if they mess up on your food and you tell them they just say oh okay I do not recommend this McDonald's at all

Why would you give food on a platter but not provide plasticware? It seems that would be a given if you are serving food on a platter. It's happened a few times now no plasticware.

I used to work at this McD back in the day. Went back for the first time in years. Service has absolutely taken a dive. More like service is nonexistent. There is no longer a “front counter” everything is do it yourself. There are these big kiosks where you have to put in your own order. There is no menu board hanging up. There is one tiny little register where you could order your food from a person if a person could be found. No one can even see you standing at the register unless they come over to look if someone is standing there. You might as well just get a job at McDonald’s and work there at this point.

I work half way between this McDonald's and another one. I tried this one but now go to the other one for lunch every single time. Food is good at both places but this McDs hides the soda fountain in the back. Yes you can get a refill but it's a pain in the arse. You need to go to the counter and wait for an employee to actually pay attention to you. I understand this is the "new way" McDonald's wants to run things to make things more difficult for the customer (and hence improve profits), but people don't like that

Great spot! I am not a fan off all the computer ordering, the manager was very helpful. She came up to the front and helped me out. Which you ultimately what I miss about the way things were before the computer ordering took over. Not a fan of the cold feeling of the screen world. Human kindness is paramount!
Parking: I felt safe with my bike out front.

Paid almost $10 for the breakfast tacos meal. Just to not even get the drink because the lady told me to pull forward and slammed the window in my face. And then no one gave me my drink. Waste of money.

I've been here maybe 8-10 times. Drivethru. They have a zero % success rate of getting my entire order correct. Tonight I thought they had it, but one of my hot and spicy chicken sandwiches was missing the chicken (as pictured). 0% success rate here. If you can go to another McDonald's, go to another McDonald's.

Language that indicates that they could help me. I still don't speak English and I always ask for someone who can speak Spanish, but the person's annoyance is felt when answering. It's not the first time it's happened here. They should have a customer service course taken in English and Spanish to the person who helps in this matter by assisting people who do not yet master the language
