Called about door to door soliciting, Anita kept talking over me instead of taking my concern. I hung up, SHE CALLS ME BACK to tell me again they do not do door to door and obviously I don't know who I am dealing with. When I try to talk and she keeps talking over me she then tells me the call is being recorded. I hang up when I cannot get a word in edge wise. She then takes it upon herself to TEXT me. I explain in text that I don't appreciate being contacted this way and that I will talk with my attorney and her response was please do!!
I call back to speak to administration (original call was to customer service) she answers for a different department. I ask for admin and she tells me she is admin. I ask for CEO or Owner and no one is available. Anita took it upon herself after I ended my conversation and association to continually reach out to me even when it was unwanted.
Update: I will not remove this review due to the fact that my review takes into account how I was treated by Anita and the constant trying to contact me without wanting. Address the employee and take care of the issue. Also the employee in question is the one asking for the review to be taken down. I see why.

Would not warranty bad Lumos Solar Panel, which was very clearly defective. Told me because they don't make that model anymore they would not cover the 20 year warranty (8 years into the 20 year warranty). Would not risk buying Lumos solar panels. Had original receipt when I bought them here in Denver, and test results of the bad panel.

I saw their solar panels, while taking a random stroll in UCSD campus. I loved the idea, But these people are doing a great job of converting dull solar panels into artistic everyday structures. I would definitely encourage you to view their products as they are revitalizing solar adoption with aesthetic structures.
