Place over-run with rodents. They ate an entire picture frame and nested in my upholstered furniture and rug. Rodent urine everywhere. Owner does not return calls. Homeless breaking into back units and food stored in front of units. Disgusting and irresponsible!!!

Place is over run by homeless people. Drugs, crazy people all the time causing problems. Place should be condemned.

What type of silly business won't even put estimated rates on their site? That's how you know they're going to try and rob you blind - they're too afraid to put their rates on like the majority of their competitors.

Wow I pulled in here and couldn't turn around and drive away fast enough. This place looks super rough. I wouldn't drive down this road after dark.

Seems secure generally, located near quaint Lafayette downtown and lowest cost by far. But yikes, sketchy with a capital S in condition of facility and entrance area. My unit leaks water. I also experienced some wild looking people doing major work on their vehicles on the premises which I would bet is not allowed. Not for everyone.

Good rates, marginal security. Get a better lock (the round kind) or you might be sorry. Otherwise, convenient and reasonably priced. The owner is very nice.
