We've had nothing but good experiences here. Technicians who have often had trouble "finding" my veins for bloodwork have never had trouble at Kaiser -- all have been very good at their jobs and friendly, too. Overall, we love Kaiser -- nice, smart doctors and other professionals.

Please read regarding LISA R PETERSEN, OD I've had some great experiences with Kaiser doctors and staff throughout the years, unfortunately Lisa R Petersen, OD is not one of them. Very abrasive and completely unprofessional. When I expressed I thought there would be more of a conversation regarding care options her response was "Why the attitude? You don't like your condition, move to Florida" she went on to say "What we're doing is working, I can give you a referral but I 110% guarantee you they won't do anything for you... you can leave now" I was completely caught off guard by her lack of professionalism, at no point did I raise my voice or argue (as she suggested in her post meeting comments and she lied saying she gave me paperwork and post visit instructions, she did not) I literally said I was "disappointed" in the exchange and was told to leave as she muttered "I'm not doing this" Most people write negative reviews in anger and it can be perceived as unreliable or you question the credibility of the review. All I can say is I felt compelled to share this information for anyone wanting to find and trust someone to care for their eyes. This doctor may be knowledgeable and perhaps even accomplished but if you want someone empathetic or with a good bedside manner and you don't plan on "moving to Florida" and would like to find help here, I'd advise looking elsewhere and consider another healthcare professional.

THERE IS NO COFFEE PLACE. How can you have outpatient procedures where you *require* a driver to wait and not offer coffee or tea? We have to sit under buzzing fluorescent lights in stiff chairs with NO COFFEE??!! Have mercy!

Worst therapy I've ever received this place is cheap and almost killed me with medication interactions my sodium also dropped they had no problem continuing to poison me and their doctors are always on vacation this was all for mental health the OBGYN is really nice the gender care was awful I would never pay for something like this again literally just go on Medicaid

Giving Kaiser Permanente Infectious disease doctor Carla Sevali a title of doctor is actually a joke in itself. I have had a skin infection for over nine months. During that time I have had multiple visits with the staff and lastly Carla Sevali. Last weekend I had a severe setback with the skin problem that I have been having. My left eye was swollen and my right foot was swollen double with a definite coloration of black and blue. These issues alone were designations of a necessary treatment. I admitted myself into the hospital were I was given an IV antibiotic and a referral to an infectious disease doctor with Kaiser Permanente. After multiple requests for a diagnosis of my skin problem she looked at me and said well if I did a culture we would see that everyone has bacteria on their skin. Although this is true why am I being so disfigured and swollen? Multiple times she was asked for a diagnosis. "doctor what is causing this". She looked at me and felt my eye and asked if it hurt. "Doctor what is the diagnosis.?" "you're a specialist what is wrong with me?" There was no documentation or photos of the multiple lesions over my entire body. I said doctor can't you communicate with any other physicians? I need to know why lesions are bleeding inflamed and swollen.. Are there any treatments? This has been going on for over 9 months without a diagnosis or prognosis. I'm a single mom with 2 boys. They need a mother in their life. I have given Kaiser Permamente multiple opportunities to give me a diagnosis. I need to know that my boys will have a mother. Carla Sevali should be ashamed to have the letters MD after her name.

The Covid vaccination nurse working this evening was very rude. I am surprised that this behavior goes unchecked. My family member made a mistake about where to go for her appointment. The nurse here was extremely unapologetic and sent my family member away. Very disappointing how patients are handled.

I'm in the waiting room listening to the eye care staff and in take staff being fantastically and genuinely warm and friendly to everyone.

Worse insurance I have ever had and worse medical center I have ever been.
Hours of operation is wrong in internet.
The old secretory guy is rude.
Calling and getting hold of some one is nightmare.
I can not wait to switch to BCBS.
