They have been particularly helpful in the past 2 months. My Dr called in the wrong Rx. They were able to sort it out and get the correct one filled. When I needed a label reprinted for international travel, no problem. I really appreciate all the times they've gone above and beyond. Pharmacist Amy has been especially great to work with.

If you tell me my prescription will be ready at 1015 and I plan my day out to make it there at 10 15 and you tell me it's going to be another 30 minutes so I move meeting around and wait 30 minutes and then I'm told it will be another 15 minutes so now I have to come back it's a big fing deal. Especially when it's for a controlled substance that has been on back order. Idn how you can be so incompetent but you've really messed my entire day up. And to top it off the older lady is slow and rude. Unacceptable. Do better

I don't love dealing with the nightmare that is navigating the US healthcare system and insurance, but the staff at this pharmacy have been very helpful and human.Edited to add: Mai at the pharmacy was super helpful when I had questions!

I'm sympathetic to staffing issues experienced by almost every business, but I was told at 3:15 pm the prescriptions would be another 45 minutes to an hour. I erred on the side of caution but it is now 4:40 pm and they are not done yet.

This place is short staffed and they try their best. It is hard to focus on customer service in such conditions. I come and get my medication and go home. People love to just complain and do not like to wait.
