I bought a vergo belay device at the end of 2016. Over a year later I found out there was a recall on it and I'd been using it all that time. Struggled to find the information on how to return it as it's not well advertised. This information said I would receive a replacement.

Bought and sent my vergo back due to recall from June. I have yet to receive any news about it. Only been notified that they be willing to refund us if we r unable to wait. However I have to pay for shipments to Singapore and boxing to ship back. Would those be refunded? No! Hence this sounds like a scam!! ��� it's January now! Where's my vergo!!!
