Stood around for like 10 minutes and no one helped me. If you guys are so busy you should hire more people. I’ve spent thousands at discount tire in the past. I guess I’ll give my business to another tire company that cares more about my business.

Wow! What an incredible experience with discount tires. I had to get new tires through Hertz Fleet maintenance, and was not able to get them with another tire company. Discount tires came in and immediately got me set up quickly with a great set of tires. However, Hertz fleet maintenance, then came back and told me that I wasn’t allowed to do that, so I had to come and get a special exemption to return the tires that I’d had on just a very short period of time. I know it had to be difficult for the company to deal with this, but they made it right and Darian and Jose were absolutely amazing at helping me out making me feel understood and taking care of a very difficult situation. I will always bring my tire needs to these guys, and I suggest you do as well.

It's 7:15pm and I am home now after getting an unexpected screw in my tire just as I was arriving home from a trip. Discount Tire in Lafayette closed at 6pm and I arrived there around there right around 5pm with no appointment. The staff was wonderful and told me it would be no problem to get me taken care of. I am home now and they are still working hard to take care of clients. We own relatively high end autos (Maserati's, BMW's), and they have always exceeded our expectations (TPMS sensors, tires, etc.) over our dealership experience and I wholely recommend this staff and this company for they culture they have created - it is rare today so take advantage of it while it still exists. So grateful for this and several past experiences with Disciunt Tires! Brad L.

Too overwhelmed with customer volume! I think they are terribly understaffed. Otherwise the people that work there do a great job with llittle support from management!

I haven't had a positive customer experience like this in a long time: They had a big line, but took names and numbers and had people sit down while they worked through the queue. Then they told me when to come back and they'd fix the tire free. Which they did! And they were nice to my dogs!

It's the company policy that I have an issue with, not so much this store. Been in the car repair industry for 20+ years and went in for seasonal tire swap and one of my tires was patched previously, not at this place, it's dead center tread and would not swap tires with 7/32", but were glad to offer a discount on new tires... Not! They didn't even see the tire that had a plug by the edge, went across the street and got it done with no issue whatsoever.

Called ahead to see if they could swap a tire out with one destroyed by road hazard. They said yes, right away, to bring it by. I hitched a ride there, got there in 20 minutes, and still had to wait 3 hrs for a 10 min job. Would not recommend this place for emergencies

Great staff at this location! They had a great attitude, did great work, and were efficient and helpful. Cant beat that! Not to mention it's in a convenient location with plenty of parking.
