Horrible Customer Service! They would not change all the bills I needed. I have an account for like 15 years and they were hassling me about changing a twenty and a 10 for 5's because I only had my digital card. Eileen the manager kept telling me that's the policy with a smirk on her face. If I didn't know any better, I would think she enjoyed telling me no. Always had great service at every other branch except this one.

So tired of all their fees I have biz and adult now/student account and savings and an extra account I've been with them since i moved here in 2004 i can get every other Biz and Airline credit card from Delta AA Spirit Frontier Cap One and 0 from them, my own bank for every deposit still and payment from my small business and denied for Biz, SW and United But idk who else to choose. i don't use my Debit card anymore for zero rewards and when i can i'm probably changing.

I've had good luck with this bank (in Lafayette CO) since it opened and would have given it a higher rating until my last visit. The main reason I'm with them is that they have safety deposit boxes. The fee is fair ($75.00 a year) ...they take space and staff. BUT, I was just informed that this branch, and in fact ALL CHASE BANKS, are phasing out safety deposit boxes. I'm really frustrated because it is a service I need. It's not so easy to switch banks since all of my automatic deposits and payments are through CHASE, but I will certainly consider switching if another bank takes over the building and keeps the boxes. OR I must buy a safe, find a place, have it installed, knowing full well that a good crook or fire could wipe out any safe I could afford. Neither option is convenient, affordable or desirable.

Chase does not care about any of their clients. Their customers mean nothing to them! Most of the services you need won’t be available when you need them! Do not use chase bank! They say whatever they have to say to get your business, but do not expect them to follow thru with anything, ever! Then they’ll laugh at you when they leave you high and dry!

Went in today to talk about depositing money into a new account. Girl at the desk was playing games on her ipad. The only customer in the building, was at the ATM. She stated that i would have to schefule an appointment, and the next available appointment was 10 days away. Terrible customer service!!!! Not going to get my money!!! FYI it was well into 6 figures IDIOTS

Very poor customer service. Does not answer the phone for a customer with a time sensitive need. Not interested in making time for a 5 minute medallion stamp, when this used to be easy. "No one available" with no solution offered.

I'm a long time Chase Client. This is the worst Chase branch I have ever walked into. today was the third time I've been turned away for service for something slightly more complicated than a deposit: Opening a account, ordering checks, and getting something notarized. I have actually been turned away three times. "We are booked up today" "All bankers are busy and wont be available to help you today". In my last two attempts to use this local branch the bank has been empty except for me, employees standing there looking at me, doing nothing. The branch in Downtown Boulder was always attentive, seemed like they did everything they could to make sure everyone walked out with everything they needed- I never had the slightest issue. This place is the inverse of that, the inverse of service.

"It's not what happens, right or wrong, it's how it is dealt with by managers!!!!"As a leader of various businesses, I live daily with doing all I can to give customers and clients a WoW!!! experience every time. This past Tuesday, 2/2/2021, my wife Hailey and I ducked into this branch mid-day to create our first joint account as we just got married. Well, it went poorly... for various reasons...and we really felt like "they do not want our business". I did send a letter expressing our disappointment, urging the branch to consider a review of their CX (customer experience) practices. I am pleased to share that Branch Manager JILL did call us to discuss the incident, what and how it happened, and to offer options. It does not matter what decisions we have taken. I do appreciate Jill's approach, her professionalism, and her commitment to step CX up. Cheers.

This branch is usually a good option for fair service. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atm usually works well. They have two drive throughs and an interior atm. Great service from drive through people!
