“The vacuum took my $2 and didn’t start. I called the number on the wall on Monday and guy told me to come back and he’d give me refund. He works there nights during week so I had to go back on Saturday. He texted me to say he would be there all day and I texted him I was there and he gave me 6-$1 coins and said the next wash was on them. Very nice gentleman! Great customer service! Thanks Lalo!”
“I went to this car wash to vacuum my car the other day, the vacuum worked great-but I accidentally sucked up something I own that has a lot of sentimental value… the owner and his employee-Carlos - were so so helpful and kind, and Carlos went digging through the vacuum to find it for me!
