“Above and beyond. I had an insurance claim on a minor rear bumper fender bender that SVE fixed. While in their shop, I asked if they could look into a replacement passenger side mirror, not part of claim, that I would pay for out of pocket. They looked for both new and used and gave me a quote. They were always in contact keeping me updated on the status of the car. I'm a very happy customer.”

“I wish I could give 20 stars…Amazing! They fixed my car when someone dented the rear quarter panel and the job was so amazing. Then I got hit in the exact same spot and this person’s insurance wanted me to take the car to Caliber. Literally the exact same damage, maybe less damage this time. Caliber said my car was totaled and I couldn’t get the car back… they held up the title. When my son’s girlfriend wrapped his crown Vic around a tree I didn’t think it was fixable, but I knew better than to take it to Caliber…but these guys made it look like nothing ever happened. It’s like they do magic.”

Miles was awesome throughout; great communication and a pleasure to work with. Only thing notable (and not worth knocking off the review) was the AWD lock was left on when the vehicle was returned. I wasn't informed and noticed it after a couple miles and turned it off, not a huge deal.”
