The bank personnel are good. The bank systems are not. They do not use Zelle. They automatically cancel your debit card if you have not used it for one year and do not notify you. Their systems do not work sometimes even if you do try to use your debit card, etc.

While I have mixed feelings about BBVA I have had extremely good experiences with this branch. Cheryl has helped us through a huge challenging construction loan, two refis and a couple big personal loans and she is great. She is extremely kind, knowledgeable and patient. I will always be happy to do business with her and the rest of the team at this branch.

This branch location will run your credit without your authorization! They don't know how to use their banking system, don't apply for anything at this place.

Nope this bank is very regularly experiencing technical difficulties which then in turn frequently leaves you unable to use your debit card. I'm over them.
