This past Tuesday, 2/2/2021, my wife Hailey and I ducked into this branch mid-day to create our first joint account as we just got married. Well, it went poorly... for various reasons...and we really felt like "they do not want our business". I did send a letter expressing our disappointment, urging the branch to consider a review of their CX (customer experience) practices. I am pleased to share that Branch Manager JILL did call us to discuss the incident, what and how it happened, and to offer options. It does not matter what decisions we have taken. I do appreciate Jill's approach, her professionalism, and her commitment to step CX up. Cheers.”
