Used to love this gas station! Fountain drinks always had syrup. Place was always nice, workers were always nice. Until it got new owners. Fountain drinks tasted like water with some dirt in it. Always now the fountain drinks have no syrup! Lazy workers and rude workers now. I smiled at the lady behind the counter not 2 but 3 times on the way out making eye contact with her and she just gave me a rude stare. I hate this place now.

The 7/11 crew is great! The store is clean and well stocked. Nadin, Hemraj, Binda and Damien are customer friendly. It's my go to store in Lafayette.

Would give this place zero stars if that were an option. The cashier and who I can only assume was her “baby daddy” were arguing about Osiris’ birthday present. Both seem to under the influence of some kind of amphetamines, and it made me feel very uncomfortable while in line with my ice cream, which was frostbitten so bad that I couldn’t eat it. Not to mention the numerous RVs in the parking lot with doors open and BMX bikes strewn around. Would not recommend.

I will not give this store my business again. I purchased a car wash early November of last year not knowing it was out of service. I checked back every week for several weeks and it was still out of service!I come into the store today to see if the car wash was open and ask if they could honor my car wash I did pay for this service already! Oh, it has an expiration I never saw...The employees both snicker at me and say it was only down for a max of 2 weeks. That is such a lie, it was down for over a month invalidating my purchase. Bad news, bad business practices

at around 12:35am on sunday I was in to get some snacks. An older lady (cashier) made me feel very uncomfortable while I was just minding my own business. She was suspicious of me but I was just in to get snacks? When I checked out I told her I did not want a bag and she's asked me questions and interrogated me. I left, and she came right up to the window to watch me leave and look at my car with suspicion. I did not appreciate her actions.

I give them 1 star cuz the store is not bad its a great store but the graveyard shift employee. A middle aged dark haired lady is beyond rude . She takes it upon her self to make passive aggressive commemts about me "looking like i need some sleep " or telling me i must up to get dinner at 730 am in the morning. This morning she actually sells me a breakfast sandwich that was harding on one end. I tried to eat it and I couldn't so I decided within the next 15 minutes after buying it I should go back in there and try to get a refund when I did so she then argued with me about whether or not the sandwich was hard and then proceeded to tell me that she wasn't going to refund me because I didn't have a receipt yet she did not give me one on my purchase. Horrible customer service. I understand that they are short staffed and I understand that she was working on a holiday but still gives her no right to be rude and have remarks to say only to get a reaction. If you have to go there and deal with this lady the more power to you I would avoid it at all costs there's actually a Circle K that's open 24 hours in front of the Flatirons Church the dude that works there is way better 100 times better than having to deal with her. I personally will not go in there anymore if she is working and if I see her when I go in I'm turning right back around
