You have to check in at the office. Whoever checked in first gets unloaded first. Can park overnight. Office opens 7 am.

I'd avoid delivering here if possible. Very long wait times, and they expect you to keep the part of the product that they bought and no longer want. Not surprised to see all the lumber that drivers have dumped in front of their property or down the street. Can't even properly keep track of paperwork.

I came at 2:17 to unload and he told me that they closed at 2:00 and he didn't want to unload me because they were already leaving, and it's 5 o'clock. No, they never left and they didn't unload me, they made me stay there all afternoon and night.

For unloading:It’s FCFS. Check in is open at 0730. It seemed to take about 45min-1hr per truck for unloading. You will end up leaving with all of the dunnage because they don’t keep it and they make you take it.

5 hours was a little long but the place looked like a zoo with all the trucks in that place. I know the owner and she does do her best. I'll be back again someday.

6 hours to unload missed my pickup an lost my load going home that paid amazingly just before a winter storm detention is free for the first 5 hours an $25 every additional hour. Ohh an you have to take all the lumber that came with the load when picked up that I have no space to carry 6x6 12 pieces to be exact now I have to dispose of free of charge. First an last time I come here for this company I can guarantee this hours are 0800 till 1400 hours if you are 5 minutes late they will not unload you! It's amazing how trucker get respected now im out of a 6k load nowhere to park an probably stuck for a winter storm THANKS I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU GUYS IT MEANS ALOT!

Great people, very fast to load or unload once you're in the back, but what do you expect when they have heavy truck traffic everyday? At times yes it takes a while to load/unload but once they start they are fast and professional. Been going there for over a year now and everyone has treated me great!!
