“Was there with my daughter. She was looking for a new gaming computer. We found one she liked and went home with it. After my daughter finished get everything set up, and is excitedly waiting for it to boot up. Enter Password! Nobody mentioned a password, by now there closed. Not a great start. Getting the password was easy as a phone call. So computer is up and running but not running good at all I mean AOL dialup loading screen not good. They returned it no problems, and the replacement computer was straight out of the box. Amanda and her staff handled everything promptly, professionally and without unnecessary headaches.”
