Dakota and the rest of the crew are awesome! Easy to work with, knowledgable about their products and services, quick to respond and very competitive on price. It's unusual to have a store in the mountains competing with the big boxes, but NWRS is getting it DONE!

Everyone in the store is always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well organized. There are always people in the store willing and able to help. Its the complete opposite of a big box store in all the good ways.

Great selection of products. Ranch supplies and hardware. Well organized aisles, prices are displayed and reasonable. Staff was courteous and helpful but not abundant. Handicap accessible parking. Restrooms are available but I didn't use one.

3 staff members have very poor customer service experience. They are not friendly to everyone just who they feel appropriate. I recently tried to return an item and I guess that they think that is horrible. They told me I should take that up with the manufacture while they snickered and laughed. That's horrible customer service. ?. The other staff membershave always been awesome. I enjoy going in to say hello and get what I need. The store is great and yes it's nice to shop locally. Im always in and out . They can order more items if you need what they don't have in stock.
