All the poor ratings are ridiculous. I've lived in Kremmling for 6 years and these ladies work their butts off and at the same time treat everyone with respect. Just be glad that you obviously don't work hard for a living! Look up EMPATHY.

One of the worst places to get items sent to if you work for a living, so lazy they will give you a slip instead of walking 5 feet to the lockers. Literally haven’t had a single item I’ve ordered make it to the lockers. None of which have been bigger or heavier than something that could reasonably be put in a locker.. annoyed and frustrated with whoever is in charge here, amount of pure laziness is pathetic. Honestly should just terminate entire staff and restart.

Lazy. I was trying to cash a Postal Money Order and Kremmling didnt have enough money to cover the money order. I tried to call Steamboat springs postal office with no answer, the phone just kept ringing. I ask the lady in kremmling if we could try calling from there line to see if we could get a answer, she replied that she was too busy??? Rude and Lazy

Let me just say that if it wasn't for one horribly rude and incompetent person, this review would be very different. The first time I walked into the main area looking to get a P. O. Box i was helped by this lady. She was very short with me. But still gave me many options for how to address things to get them to ship to me. What was interesting was the white powder unter one of her nostrils. The next day i called in and asked if there was another way to address things because my family member was buying me a house warming gift off Amazon and it was coming up that the addresses did not exist no matter how he put it in. She yelled at me saying it wasn't her problem. I called the post master general's office and they helped me figure out how to do it and said it would work free of charge. I also got an apology letter from the us postal service saying that she was in the wrong. Next thing I knew the lady at the post office charged me $35 to get my packages. I let it drop. It wasn't worth the fight. Then a couple weeks later i needed to send a package to a family member. The same lady said no problem, scanned it in and we haven't seen it since. That was overalmost a year ago and no sign of the package. We have called in and everything. The situation has never been completely resolved. My Step-dad bought another of the items and got it in four days. Do not use this post office. I moved so i would never have to deal with this kind of thing again. The post office where i am living now is amazing. The people are friendly and turns out Kremmling post office is the source of a good joke to most people who have been unfortunate enough to have dealt with it.
