“Alan gave the best customer service! We were having car issues leaving from Steamboat Springs and barely made it to Kremmling. We made it to Kremmling’s O’Reilly location 15 minutes before they closed on a Sunday and even though they didn’t have the battery we needed, Alan offered to stay late to charge our current battery for us, he even came out and jumped our car with his own car after his shift which gave us enough juice to make it to Silverthorne so we didn’t have to waste the one he recharged. Thanks again Alan, we hope you get the recognition and reward you deserve.”
“No I usually don't do this. So I just want to say thank you to Jaden and his counterparts O'Reilly's. On the Fourth of July I was in dire need of some lug studs for a Santa Fe that was broken down in Kremmling, Co . I had already brought five studs from advance auto and they were wrong. I had also gotten studs from AutoZone and they were wrong. However when I went to the O'Reillys in kremlin I was able to get the right studs. Jaden went out of his way to make sure I got the right diameter lug studs for the car and he did it with a smile. Oh did I mention that I had to come back three times because he couldn't seem to get the right ones because somebody to put the wrong part on the car so not only did he look it up three times we also did the refund and re-purchase and re-refund and re-purchase without breaking down (which I expected I'm not easy to please) whatsoever. He simply help me make sure that I was successful. Kudos to you brother thank you Jaden”
