Would rate it 0 stars if I could honestly. Tired of the constant last of professionalism in regards to delivering the mail to the houses. Whoever they have running the routes around town gives 0 F’s about their job apparently. It’s been numerous times that we have our packages and important mail delivered to the wrong addresses when they are clearly Marked with the correct address. It’s like they grab a wad of mail and stuff it in whichever slot they feel like that day. Tired of having to contact the senders regularly to resend things just because they never show up just to have a neighbor come and hand us our mail days or weeks later. It’s BS

My husband and I went into the office looking for a package that said was delivered but was not in our mailbox, we’re pretty new to town so upon going in we didn’t feel super welcomed by the 2 ladies we seen but then a young lady named Paige welcomed us! She went above and beyond to help us locate our package! Super nice, very professional and helpful! We really appreciate all her help!

The ONLY reason I have given them three stars is because of Paige, (I would give her five stars). If it weren't for her I would rate this place a big, fat zero, if that were possible. She's professional, polite, and friendly and is always very helpful. There were times I had to mail things out while Paige was on maternity leave, and rather than deal with the complete lack of professionalism, and common courtesy in the Keenesburg post office, I would drive to Hudson. I try to only go when Paige is working.

They told me I have move my mail box in the middle of the frozen ground of winter.they gave me a weeks notice and after a raging blizzard they have stopped mail service!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Some staff is very unfriendly and not helpful. I came in and no one was there. No smile, no hello, no how can I help you...only dissatisfaction..would reccomend to go to another location.
