The staff seem to be some of the laziest of any retail staff I’ve encountered. I’m not sure when working in retail meant ignoring your customer, but take a look at the pictures to get an idea of your treatment here. Genuinely insulting.

Drove in from Sterling today and stopped to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy 8 (yes, it had some wear and tear on it) and that of my son's. Totally hate the entire process! Maritza met us up front as we entered and it was an amazing experience from the start. She was so knowledgeable, no high pressure sale, thorough and made this a great experience. We left with two new Galaxy 24's, and accessories. Fantastic!

Alex was very helpful & patient in explaining why my phone was “acting up”. She offered me several options in making my problem “disappear”. She is a pleasure to work with, smart & personable.

I went into the store to move from T-Mobile to Verizon. I dodged a bullet. The staff was awful, and I mean AWFUL. I was given a price for services, and when I asked for a quote, it had a different amount. I asked for an explanation. Wow, she scribbled, circled, and marked up the quote. I still did not understand the price. We asked for some items to be removed. Again, we asked for a printout, and the scribbles, the marks and circles, started all over again. The quote was not even close to the verbal price given the first time. I asked for a manager, and this set her off. She walked away and said she would get her manager, I am 100% positive as she walked past me she called me "white trash." Yes, you heard that right. After about 10 minutes and no help from anyone else in the store, I asked to see what the hold up was. The manager walked out with the paperwork and the new phone, with the assumption that I was proceeding with the transfer. Are you kidding me, I will go without a cell phone before I EVER go back to Verizon. The manager was Alex, and the awful, terrible rude employee was Shem (not sure about spelling) worst customer service experience ever, and I am being kind giving this store 1 star.

If I could give this store a 0 star I would. The staff was very rude and unhelpful to my situation. The store manager was very arrogant and condescending. He didn't seem to care about my problem and didn't offer any solutions. When I asked for an 800 number they were not willing to give it to me.

When walking in the door there was no rush for any employee to offer assistance, all the employees just stared at us. In less than 2 minutes the employee claimed he was unable to offer help with upgrading a phone which you would think would be an easy request. The manager was extremely rude and arrogant. It does not help to just claim that you understand and do nothing.

Today I went into the Johnstown Verizon because my phone was stolen and I needed a new one. Hayden and Kenny helped my husband and I out and they were amazing! They treated us like they truly cared about us and getting solutions for us instead of their next commission check. They helped us in ways that we didn’t know were possible and we left the phone store with smiles on our faces for once! Thank you Hayden and Kenny

My recent visit to the Verizon store left me feeling somewhat disappointed. While the staff was friendly, I couldn’t help but feel misled about their inventory. They initially led me to believe that the device I wanted was in stock at other stores , but it turned out not to be the case. I had to reach out to the corporate support line, which did eventually assist me in getting the device I wanted.

I have completely lost faith in Verizon. Don’t come to this store. I had a major issues with my phone while my husband was away for and we just signed up with Verizon. I wasn’t an “authorized” person so I couldn’t access the account (I understand for security reasons). I erased my eSIM after working with Verizon troubleshooting. They added extra eSIMs and told me I could erase them if I don’t feel comfortable so I did and my phone would work at all so I went to this Verizon store for help. I begged them to help me and they wouldn’t. They asked if I could read b my husband, I couldn’t. Where he was he had no cell service. I was out of luck. I was in the store for 30 mins trying to troubleshoot myself and I had to use their phone to call Verizon customer service for help. After 30 mins, Shemeka asked if I could log into the account. DUH!!! lightbulb of course I could. So I logged in and added myself as an authorized person. Then all of a sudden I was able to get help. Ugh…..while Shemeka was helping to restore my phone, she had the balls to try to sell me products knowing I was in distress. Such bad customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To make matters worse, I went into the store today to turn in my trade in phones (I was told my 3 different Verizon people I could bring them back to the store) Well, they couldn’t help me. I had to send them back. Just a horrible experience with Verizon. I should have stayed with T-Mobile even though they suck but now I’m convinced Verizon is horrible.

The only reason I have Verizon is so I could go to a physical store and pay. I can't pay in person with a credit card, only cash for some reason. And then the kiosk at the store hasn't worked in 6 months. This is so stupid. Fix your problems already.

New staff member botched our order with the wrong address. Manager said it was fixed and I still have no resolution 1 week later. Embarrassing how hard I am having to work with customer service to figure out how to get my wife a phone. Nobody can give me a straight answer on how to get this fixed. I have asked for a supervisor to call me 3 times and nothing. So glad we spend thousands of dollars per year for terrible customer service.

We went in Monday to add a new line to our account for my husband (he is leaving his employer's plan). We worked with Luis, and he was excellent! So kind and patient with us while we took our time to make decisions about what direction we wanted to go with phone numbers, phones, etc. He was really wonderful to work with, he is absolutely an asset to Verizon!

I know a lot of reviews on here are for Verizon the service but strictly speaking the customer service I received at this store was great. I needed to make multiple visits cause I'm a complicated person, but both Brad and Alex (I really hope their name was Alex I'm terrible with names) were fantastic we had to call several other Verizon entities and everyone was super patient with me and helped me quickly and efficiently. I am a new Verizon customer after having been with att for over a decade and both of them were a nice welcoming breath of fresh air! Thanks again!
