Worst banking experience ever. Complete incompetence. Their mistake allowed them to freeze my account for 2.5 days. I had No cash on hand,no way to get food or basic necessities. I was recommended to them for being Veteran friendly. Was the complete opposite. I encourage all veterans to bank elsewhere.

Amylynn absolutely made my day today.After struggling for over a year to change my name back to my maiden name during the middle of a global pandemic in addition to the trauma of divorce, I've finally managed to change everything except USBank including the DMV and SS. However, when I arrived at a different branch of USBank I was told I didn't have enough documentation because they seem to think they need even stricter requirements than the government. And then was sent on my way. If I have enough documents to open up a new account in my new name, I should be able to change the name on my existing account. That branch needs to send their male bankers through some sensitivity training when it comes to dealing with divorced women.Luckily, I was able to go to this branch nearby and was helped by Amylynn who was much more understanding of my situation and approved the documents I had. This was an obvious example of sexism at work and I will probably always request a female banker from now on.

Got a vehicle loan 14 months ago. Paid them by check for Weld county taxes. They failed to complete the transaction with Weld county in a timely manner. They went over the 90 days that my bank would honor a paper check. Bank Manager contacted me after 14 months and told me the story. They took no accountability for the failure to pay the taxes, just "Sorry, we had a tough year because of Covid" you have to pay 1800.00. Spoke to their DM about the situation & he was no help just said "Sorry" Very bad business banking process. DO NOT get an loan from these people.

Recent experience at this branch was great. Needed a one time check printed and their printer was malfunctioning. They went above and beyond to help me wire the funds so that the money was where it needed to be on time and I was still able to make it to work on time. I had 3 different people help me and all 3 did a fabulous job.

30 minutes to wait in drive through . Closing early because of virus. Remember when banks wanted you as a customer and welcomed your deposit.

My experience of the new managers are horrible. I have had better customer service at McDonalds. Sometimes life happens and your account goes negative, that is life. I really hope that the employees never have any life problems and their fees are never waived! I had an instance where I dated a check for a Friday and the doctor deposited it on Thursday which caused a fee. The bank manager here was not helpful at all and stated that I had over 280$ refuned since this year, and i said what?! Since January 2019 there is no way! He said no it has been since September. I went back into my account and looked, and US Bank has only refunded THREE 36.00$ FEES SINCE SEPTEMBER. NOT OVER 280$. THE BANK MANAGER IS A LIAR. THE ASSITANT MANAGER ISNT ANY BETTER.I know people that were getting 3 to 4 36$ fees a day and they were ALL refunded!!!I have also had problems where I deposited money, cash, into an atm before 6pm and have the recipet to show that my account had a balance but they still charged an overdraft fee! I had to get back office involved as they stated that should have never happened. The bank assistant manager said it should have happened. Um no, if there is money in your account there shouldnt be fees!The people that work here do not know what they are doing. Do not bank here !! If you have trouble sometimes they will charge you 36$ per item!! So if you went over in your account by 3 different transactions then you will be charged with 3 different fees!!!The manager also told me that it doesn't matter what date you put on a check it can be cashed whenever. Okay well if I go into the bank with a 10,000$ check that is dated 7 months in the past, they won't cash it!! So dont try and tell me that the check dates matter.All the money the banks make and they cannot even help out somebody else!! It is pathetic that I am discriminated against in the bank because of how much money is in my account or how much money I do not have!!

By far the best experience I have had at a US Bank branch. The manager, Brad, was extremely helpful, thorough, and went above and beyond to solve an urgent matter for me. I was very impressed with his level of professionalism and outstanding customer service.

What a nightmare. My husband and I switched banks in November. My husband's debit card wasn't ordered when we were told it would be. We waiting the 7-10 business days for it, only then to be told it was never ordered. We had to order checks 3 different times. This third time, we were told it would be $47 to over night them. My husband told them we weren't paying that. After being told we wouldn't be charged, we still got charged.

Absolutely amazing bank. Archie is our favorite person there. Our whole family has switched to US bank from First National and haven’t had a problem since. They are always super helpful and never leave us feeling helpless. I would recommend this bank to anyone and everyone
