I went to T-mobile with a question about my inability to get 5G on my iPhone 12 and my son’s iPhone 12. The guy helping me had no idea how to answer this question and recommended I go to the Apple Store, but not before he swapped our SIM cards for an E-SIM and got all 3 of our phones numbers mixed up, a real headache! I had to call T-mobile technical support to fix our phones, which took 1.5 hours. He did manage to try and upsell us on iPhone watches, other that he was pretty worthless to us. I don’t recommend this store.

Brisa was amazing. She made sure we got the best deal, was clear with pur upgrade info when asked, and it was the fastest I've ever bought a new phone! 10/10!

Went to change cell service providers from ATT (Excellent customer service, but terrible cell service) to T Mobile. Customer service was excellent for the first part of our interaction. We were sold on TMobile, even going through the process of switching our numbers, swapping memory from the old phones to the new ones, making phone calls and texts from the new phones. This was until we got to check out. Despite signage inside and outside of the store, our phones were not included and down payments would have to be made to the tune of $1500 (for 5 devices). We were 'baited and switched' due to incompetent, unknowledgeable, unprofessional, and fraudulent employees, managers, and business practices. Be aware that when T Mobile offers 'free phones', they use your 'TMobile credit' to determine if you qualify with TMobile for a financed phone. Being new customers, we had no TMobile credit, and were therefore expected to pay a high percentage upfront. This was not discussed at any point in the 3 hours we spent with their employees.Upon this discovery, we requested to cancel our TMobile service, but since phones had already been switch from ATT, we were left without cell service. From when we walked in to TMobile to when we left was a total of 6 hours, 6 hours to accomplish nothing but walk out without any cell service.On top of this, when we started service with Verizon, our phone numbers had to be recovered because they were completely turned off. We are still receiving bills from TMobile for activation fees, equipment fees, and service charges.We ended up dealing with the ATT and Verizon stores in this area, both of which were professional and understanding.

Got pushed into getting the home internet. Was told that the home internet would be just as fast as my mobile phone's data is at my house. The upload speeds are around 40 mbps which is definitely faster than my phone has, however the download speeds are so incredibly slow that I had web pages constantly timing out on me.When I had to call to cancel my home Wi-Fi as they cannot do it in store I was told by the home internet specialist that the towers for home Wi-Fi are actually not the same as the towers for the mobile phone data.I will not return to this T-Mobile store as I felt very pressured into getting the home Wi-Fi that had worse speeds than my T-Mobile phone's mobile hotspot provides.

We visited the store in Loveland for several months. However, T-Mobile closed that store. We are looking for another store in the area.

The employee's are super friendly when you're setting up service BUT once that's done and you have any issue you are treated like you're non existent. Ive been back to the store 3 times in 1 week with issues. employees are now rude, like they dont have time. they help with my phone but never say anything like thank you or anything. If you're not with T mobile don't go there. Never have I been treated this rudely, The owner needs to know.

The employee did their best to fix my issues but ended up with the experts in Colorado Springs and the tech support Figure out the issue, and now it's fixed.

Went to multiple t-mobile and was told for anything I needed to call the support team. Came to this one and idan was immediately able to fix my problem in person. Made my experience so much easier. Wish all locations were like this.

Mixed feelings. We ran through several different options for phones and billing, etc, etc. Along the way, I provided a credit card number and my boyfriend provided his personal info. Ultimately, we didn't sign up to become customers of T-Mobile because it didn't make financial sense.Imagine our surprise when my credit card was billed $90 a month later. My boyfriend received two paper bills and was going to be sent to collections for non-payment. Tried calling customer service and they wanted the account number. Umm .. we don't have one?! Got nowhere by phone so returned to this store and Jay helped us out. Even so, it was a painful experience, not to mention unnerving. If you give any banking or CC info and do not sign up as a customer, be sure to get something in writing that they won't bill you. Totally absurd!

After a terrible experience at the Longmont Hover location, my husband and I wanted to give it one more try to get me a new phone and I’m so glad we did. Jay and Jayden both were absolutely wonderful and made up for the poor experience ten fold. Cannot say enough nice things about them both. All of our phone related business will be done through the Johnstown store from now on.

Buyer beware. Traded in an iphone 11 at this location to an employee. Not receiving credit for the trade in. Phone never made it to the corporate location. I believe it was taken by an employee.

Thank you to Nicole! She was so helpful with trying to resolve my problem. A word of advice set up in store instead of internet. Just believe me. And in store help one hundred percent better than 800 number!! Avoid 800 number
