Great indoor shooting range. I've enjoyed my times there and so far most of the range safety officers are super friendly and helpful and willing to give you pointers if you are newer.

Liberty is top notch. Safety is paramount but the range officers are helpful and attentive. We held a group activity there. They let us collect brass as we shot and also collected it for us after our time was done. The range is great. Each lane has a target holder with preset distances as well as a keypad for custom distances.

Good place to buy a gun, but not a good place to fire your gun, the range officer doesn't give you any space and tries to annoy you with tips and safety that you already know

I liked the place. very nice, clean and tidy. huge facility that is bigger then most high schools. front desk were extremely helpful pointing me in the right direction. now to why I knocked a couple stars off. the gentlemen behind the counter. I told him my price range and purpose and that I was looking for my first pistol. $500 to 600 max. first thing he does is pull a $1200 sig and actively flipped the price tag upside down. he also did so with the next 4 guns he showcased me none of which were anywhere near my range. most useful thing he told me was that they rent. he was polite and didn't speak down to me so I do appreciate that. front desk were more then helpful and spoke to me as if I was a regular. the lady behind the front desk downstairs was super kind and gave me clear instructions on where to go, suggested what target and was an exemplary employee. next was the gun range. range master was iffy. told him I've shot 3 guns in my life. a shot gun, hunting rifle and a revolver. he spent more time explain how to use the range rather then the gun. I tried flagging him down to help explain how to load the gun's mag but he was too busy talking about hitman the game with another customer. I had to look up a YouTube video... I did see him actively clean up left over brass to keep his area nice and clean I did appreciate that. he also spoke to me friendly which relaxed me. Overall I did enjoy my time but some of the workers don't take first time buyers and beginners as serious as their long time cliental so it leaves more to be desire. hoping my next visit goes better in a week or two. Two weeks later: bought my first gun (a czp10 c) definitely had a better experience. Front desk was exemplary as my first review. We did show up at a busy time. Was told it was going to be a 30 minute wait but one of the workers came to find and my friend after 5 minutes to tell us a lane opened up. They did have a pipe break due to cold weather but I was surprised to be attended to real quick. Range master noticed my friend was hold his gun kind of weird and stepped in to help him adjust and even encouraged him as he shot. Overall I was happy with my second visit. I will definitely become a member. The range master has definitely redeemed himself. The fact that the GM even called me about the first review was amazing. Had an amazing talk with her and she generally wanted to know my experience. Really felt like she cared about my opinion and they took my complaints seriously. Will be updating my review from 3 to a solid 5. Will be seeing you all soon!

State of the art facility offering 25 - 100 yd indoor shooting ranges. Their active fire sim is a must visit, up to 3 shooters can shoot at the same time! The bobber room is another must do! All of the staff are professional and friendly. A huge Thank-you to Heather and Cami for making our day one to remember!

A group of us visited Liberty Firearms Institute. We were able to work with Heather, Cami and Brendon. All were extremely knowledgeable, personable and welcoming. Our group had an amazing experience and would highly recommend a trip to LFI.

Been here a few times, zero complaints. From the time you walk in, every employee greets you with respect and seem like they honestly care and are concerned about your experience.Not a member...yet, but that doesn't keep them from being helpful.Great place to let off some steam.Pew, pew!

We went into Liberty yesterday while we were on our way to Scheels. Holy cow this building is awesome and like nothing I've seen. Everyone working there was super cool and greeted us when we walked inside. They have a decent selection of whatever kind of firearm or ammunition you're looking for. They have new, used, and consigned firearms and you can definitely find something in your budget. I spoke with Russ who was so great. I am a beginner shooter and am in the market for a handgun. Russ spent at least an hour with myself and my boyfriend showing us all the guns we wanted to see and things he thought we would like or should feel. He gave me really valuable advice and tips for me to take with me outside of the store no matter what firearm I decide to pick up. My confidence with handguns is significantly higher than it was when I went in. This place is great.

Have spent a lot of money at this place, but won't be going back. Felt discriminated when one of the employees kept a very close eye on me thinking I was going to steal something. The ladies always have a good attitude but the men never do.
