The only reason I can offer one star is because the sales staff was decent and they showed us what we wanted to look at. We have had our camper now for a little less than three weeks, and it has been in the shop for four separate issues. First was poor workmanship on a roof seam, and it leaked. The next three were warranty issues (microwave door, vent fan, and CO detector. They have had the camper for nearly two weeks, and after calling repeatedly and getting no return calls from service, I finally called sales (they answer calls quickly....Wonder why...hmmm). Was finally able to get through to the general manager who told us that it was ready last night. We showed up first thing this morning, and it wasn't ready. They still needed to install the fan. When I talked to Mark, the GM, he said he's trying to hire better people to do the work. Come on lazy days, you charge a lot of money for every camper, pay your people more money, and get better help
We came back several hours later, and they had left a hell of a mess from the fan install. The sealant they removed was all over the place inside and the roof. The sealant they installed was gooped all over the place and smeared. Fortunately, they are cleaning up that mess.
We bought this small camper just to enjoy the outdoors, but we've lost two good weekends because of lazy days incompetence.

We purchased a brand new never before used travel trailer in January. Before taking our camper out on its maiden voyage we were prepping the camper the night before making sure everything worked properly, we realized that we had no hot water, we pulled up the bunk beds to find they built the frame on the gas-line so it was pinched off and also had a huge hole in it which god forbid if we didn't check it before we all could died.
The day we left we were able to have the gas lined capped off by a traveling tech, which resulted in us having NO hot water for our whole time camping which is great with 2 little girls. Not only that after day 1 of camping our camper lost total power due to a faulty installed battery cable. This was back in June, the quickest they get the camper in to be fixed was September.... the whole reason we bought the camper was to USE it and this whole summer all camping trips have been cancelled. We were told by the manufacturer they don't know how the camper left the lot or passed inspection. Very disappointing.

Great team of people at Lazy Days that helped us find the right RV for our family, and have walked us through learning as we are new to the RV travel game.

NEVER take your rv here . They had our RV for 18 months . Charged us for work that they never completed . Then they told us they couldn’t fix it but this was after they took the money to repair it . Whole company are crooks - we went all the way to corporate cost us $33,000 to fix it . Meanwhile they kept the $88,000 they were given . Total crooks ! Corporate is just as bad - liars liars !!!! Glad they caught on fire - they deserve it .

Please save yourself from the despair that I have gone through and do not buy or service an RV at Lazydays!!! Their sales (Tammy Fritch) and finance (Ryan Burr) departments did a great job helping us buy a Tiffin Phaeton 40IH but made some promises their service department could not keep as it relates to repairing warranty items (some outlined before purchasing the unit that are still not repaired) and this has honestly been the worst experience of my life! Worse than my divorce! The following is my story and hopefully it will help prevent more from getting caught in this horrible Lazydays web!
We purchased our RV the summer of 2022 from Lazydays Loveland Colorado and before purchasing it had a big list of warranty issues that we were assured would be taken care of. So after using it for just over two months, we brought our RV in for repairs to a long list of warranty issues.
We picked up our RV spring of 2023 (Lazy days has had it for 9 of the first 11 or 12 months we have had it) and many of the warranty repair items had not been fixed and ones that had been fixed created new issues. Furthermore, when Loveland winterized our unit, they did not winterize the washing machine or the primary toilet freezing them both and when we picked it up in the summer and used it the first time the clothes washing machine flooded the back of the RV and same with the toilet but since we had just got it back and had mini trips to take we called Lazy Days Loveland and they told us to go ahead and use the Rv and we could bring it back in at the end of the season and they would fix all of these items along with the remaining warranty items (note the washing machine and toilet still do not work since the summer of 2023!) In the summer of 2023 we did bring the RV back to Loveland to have the washing machine replaced (due to freezing) and again once they put the new clothes washing machine in they didn’t hook up the drain line properly and it flooded again.( the clothes washing machine is still not functioning) Also in the spring of 2023 it was noticed that the tile on the rear passenger side slide out was crushing, We called Lazydays and they told us they could fix that also when we brought it back at the end of the season for warranty repairs. When they looked at the slide it was observed by the technician that the slide out was missing two rollers leading to the crushed tile.
Since we had such horrible service at the Loveland location the first time around, we decided to try out the Aurora Colorado location and dropped off our unit October 2023 for warranty work. We had a large list of warranty items, including the slide out rollers and tile replacement which we were insured would be repaired. We were told the tile broke because that slide out was missing two rollers, putting additional weight and pressure on the one roller, causing the tile to break. We picked up our RV after many delays June or July 2024 (Lazydays has had it for another 10 months of the last 12) to discover most of the repairs still have not been completed, again washing machine not working properly toilet not working properly, slide out, rollers and tile not repaired, and so on and so on.
Then a few weeks ago Shayna Verdugo with the Loveland Colorado location got involved when I called in to see if the rollers had come in yet and after being told multiple times, the rollers have been ordered and will be in any day and will have it repaired for the last four months she told me they haven’t even been reviewed or approved or ordered. You’ve got to be kidding me. Granted, I realize Lazydays communication is horrible since no one really ever calls me back. I can never get an update. I never know what’s going on and when I do get a hold of somebody they tell me one thing and somebody else tells me something else. I’ve talked to So many different people about so many different things and now she is involved, probably the 12th person to get involved, has no idea of any of the past history or con

If I could give a lower review I would. We bought a 32’ Forest River-Sunseeker and have had several issues water leaks and water damage. They took it once and thought they fixed it and did a terrible job which needs to go back to repair that.
Well we still have water leaks and water damage inside. I have been communicating with the manufacturer.
I called Lazydays RV to schedule an appointment to fix the old and new issues and the scheduler said they are not taking anyone at this moment.
This company can not keep employees employed. We have someone new every time we go in or call.

We recently purchased a new travel trailer from this dealer. From start to finish this was by far the best vehicle purchase experience we’ve ever had. A special thanks to Tammy who was our salesperson. She is knowledgeable, experienced, caring and patient. We are also thankful for Harold (Sales Mgr.), James (Finance), Alan (PDI), Don (Tech Mgr.), Chris (Parts) and Felicity (Service).Their support and guidance throughout the process was amazing. Lazy Days in Johnstown will be our go-to dealer for any future RV purchase considerations.

July 2024 Absolute worst experience ever. Took my camper in 10 weeks ago for minor fixes. Never received any information about the status. They did not return calls, emails or voicemails. I had to cancel reserved camp spots in the meantime. I finally got a hold of Shayna from corporate and she did nothing to help. I had to pay the outrageous pricing for a couple of bolts and some plastic hardware or I could come pick it up as is. She was onsite because this location has zero customer support and I do not see how she is going to help!

This company lacks integrity. Worst experience ever. They have been in possession of our camper for 14 months. Service is poor at best. Praying we get it back soon and properly restored.

Roger Yekel was great! There was no pressure. I believe that he truly cares about his customers. He worked with our individual needs and tried to make our experience the best possible! Definitely recommend Roger Yekel at Lazydays RV, Loveland!
Edit: Sadly Roger Yekel retired. Service at Lazydays has brought my review from five stars to one; zero, if that was possible. We took our camper in for warranty service June 19, 2024. The furnace didn’t work the first time out. Trailer was brand new. As of today, July 29, 2024, they have not contacted us at all, in spite of four phone calls from us to them. I receive regular emails from them saying to bring your campers in for repairs because they have immediate availability. They have no credibility or integrity.

The most horrible experience ever. My partner and I special ordered a 2024 Redwood 401LK. This was our dream fifth wheel. We have waited months for our RV to come in not to mention we already had travel arrangements in anticipation of our new camper. We finally got to see our dream camper and it was missing doors, there were multiple dents dings and scratches. The table wasn't even attached the caps for the toilet were missing and laying on the floor and a few other things. Harold and Mike should absolutely be ashamed of themselves. They do not care about there customers the only thing they care about is themselves. We did not get our dream camper and they ruined our vacation and they ruined what was supposed to be a great experience. I would think twice before buying an rv from lazy days rv of Johnstown
The name fits the service. Absolutely horrible.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
My family bought a Forest River Fleetwood MAC trailer from Lazydays in September 2022 and have been able to successfully use it only once. On the second ever trip the lift cable snapped in two out of nowhere and while thankfully no one was hurt and the repair work was covered under warranty, it took Lazydays FIVE MONTHS to fix it!
Fast forward to July of this year and the trailer is broken and inoperable, again. Now the lift winch is broken after opening the trailer for the first time of the season. This trailer is a complete lemon. Worse yet, the service Lazydays has provided this time around has been abysmal and I would describe their attitude as indifferent at best.
This company does not stand by the products they sell. Stay far away.
