“I know a lot of reviews on here are for Verizon the service but strictly speaking the customer service I received at this store was great. I needed to make multiple visits cause I'm a complicated person, but both Brad and Alex (I really hope their name was Alex I'm terrible with names) were fantastic we had to call several other Verizon entities and everyone was super patient with me and helped me quickly and efficiently. I am a new Verizon customer after having been with att for over a decade and both of them were a nice welcoming breath of fresh air! Thanks again!”
“Drove in from Sterling today and stopped to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy 8 (yes, it had some wear and tear on it) and that of my son's. Totally hate the entire process! Maritza met us up front as we entered and it was an amazing experience from the start. She was so knowledgeable, no high pressure sale, thorough and made this a great experience. We left with two new Galaxy 24's, and accessories. Fantastic!”
