“I went here to get a document notarized after my bank was completely unhelpful in getting it done. I called the (business) day before and was told they could notarize with a birth certificate since it was for someone with a lost ID, and the document needing notarized was to get a replacement ID, which I explained over the phone before going in. Upon speaking to the notary at the bank, he pretty much said there was nothing he could do and suggested we go to this place instead, because "maybe they do it differently". It was obviously a bit of a strange situation, not just the normal show ID, sign, get notarized, but the notary helped us figure it out and we were able to get the document notarized, instead of basically just telling us to go away.”

With little notice, Jason G. and his crew were able to adhere to very strict chain of custody requirements for the USAF in order to deliver sensitive mission systems to a highly secured area. They even custom made the shock pallets and ramp to ensure a smooth transition for our giant 48U server racks. All members of his team were professional, courteous and showed up ready to handle business. I would highly recommend this organization for any Data Center, server rack or "still in the box" hardware moves. The level of effort was beyond anything I was expecting and they were incredibly flexible throughout the entire process.”

My most recent issue today was even resolved outside of normal business hours. The gentleman called me back and I had my package in hand by 5:47pm. “I accidentally addressed my package to the wrong address. Luckly, Alec at Fedex had suggested I take a photo of my receipt which I forwarded to the person I intended to send the package. They saw my mistake and I immediately called Fedex. Fedex was able to reroute my package to the correct address without any delays or additional fees. Something I never could have done with USPS! Not to mention I would never have realized my mistake until it was too late. Thank you so much for your proactive insights and for looking out for me!”

The FedEx team member Jacquelyn was exceptionally patient and helpful and friendly digging out information and helping me decide how best to ship. I felt guilty taking a lot of extra time by deciding to do it one way and another, changing my mind a couple of times. She was always patient and good natured and solved all problems. I want to give her a gold star.”
