Jared towed our car (and us) to Fort Collins. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and offered some great advice about how to handle our car situation. Great service, very appreciative of him.

Jared is the man!!! I broke down in Idaho Springs and gave him a call, he said it would be a few hours, told him what was happening and he said, sounds like the water pump, if ya want I can fix it. He also said a few other things that I knew needed some replacing, and offered to get those fixed too. Was extremely reasonable on his pricing, got me up and running and she drove like a dream. MUCH THANKS TO Jared, I highly recommend him and his services, thanks again Jared, much love to you and yours from me and mine.

Jared was extremely efficient and friendly changing out flat tire. He went above and beyond to help us in bad weather on a very busy evening. Thank you so much, Jared!

Broke down in traffic on I-70 at exit 221 10:30 a.m. Called Scorpion and he said it would be 1.5 hrs. After 3 hrs waiting, I called again because we were still waiting. Long story short, they ran calls all day, that came in AFTER I called, finally towed me at 2:45 p.m. after my buddy flagged down the driver). Dispatch made him take a AAA service call before us (again) even though we were right there ready and waiting on him. Actual operator did a fair job and my vehicle appears safe and I damaged, so I can’t complain about him (as far as I know). 10/10 would not recommend.

Scorpion towing picked up our vehicle on Thursday the tow truck driver for Scorpion dropped our car off at wrong location. Didn't even ask if it was the name of our mechanic. Didn't get any paper work. He just dropped our car and handed over our keys. Four days later we finally find our car.

Although I did not use the service the Customer Service was exceptional! Unfortunately, at the time of my request they did not have the equipment I needed as it was being repaired. Once it was available they did call me to see if I still needed assistance. That is above and beyond in my book!

So my partner and I broke down on I-70, about fifteen miles west of Idaho Springs, and called AAA. Triple-A called Scorpion and they accepted the tow but said that, due to other jobs they'd been called out on, we'd have to wait in the car at the side of the Interstate for 90 to 120 minutes. Well, we weren't thrilled, but we get it: we were in the middle of nowhere, it was evening on a weekend, and it happened to be busy. So we sat down to wait. And we waited. And waited. And when we tried to check in with Scorpion two and a half hours later, no one picked up the phone. So we called AAA again, who contacted the driver eventually, who turned out to have taken some other job and driven all the way out to Rifle or some damn place. It would have been basic human decency to take the tows in the order they came in instead of based on how much they were paying--you know, keeping the promises you make, like your mother taught you when you were four and five and six. (At least, mine did.) Or they could have called and said "This other job is taking longer than expected and we're really sorry, but we're going to be later than we thought," which would have been minimally polite, even if not true. Or they could have had AAA call us and let us know, which would have at least been minimally decent. Or they could have called us themselves and said, "Hey, we got a non-AAA call, which pays better, so you jerks are just going to have to wait 'til we're slow," which would have at least been honest. But they didn't do any of that. They just left us sitting on the side of a mountain in the dark with our thumbs in our asses, waiting for a ride that wasn't even coming. Special bonus: we also had to go to the bottom of the line at the other place AAA called, so we had another wait of over an hour. Which made for more than four hours sitting on the side of the mountain in the dark with no bathrooms or water or food because these cowards took a job but didn't bother to fulfill it. Thanks, Scorpion! Great work!

They have a towing company inside. They're widely known as being scumbags, rude, overly expensive, incompetent, and even their gas station should be avoided as people like this shouldn't be given any kind of business.
