I will always appreciate a convenient store with a sink available for customers to use. We have a set of two year old twins and we travel a lot. Convenient stores are helpful spots for families.This location had a smiling staff member who spoke politely. The design and layout is useful and easy to navigate. The restroom was clean. No long lines for the restroom. Parking is available.This location is adjacent to McDonald's which is convenient. The location is in a very helpful spot. Close to Interstate 70.

Gas pump didn't count how full my tank was, gas started spraying out of my tank because it put too much in.

By far the worst store in Idaho springs, for one they're never open between 2a.m. and 5a.m. and if you do manage to catch the doors open then they tell only the restrooms are open coffee isn't done before 5a.m. and the employees are disrespectful and very ignorant when they have to do their job. That store needs to be shutdown permanently.

I had an issue with my debit card and two employees went above and beyond to help and and get me back in the road. One even bought me gas after I found out my card had been shut off for possible fraud. Not everyday you come across people willing to help. ??

Always busy but the staff is friendly. And tries to get through the line as quick as possible. Usual someone from out of state that's messing everything up. Lol

Not great customer service and even worse they can’t seem to check the dates on the snacks they sell. I bought 3 different snacks and didn’t notice until I got home. So if you buy things check dates

I was overcharged $10 at Jenny's Market. When I noticed this the next day, the GM wasn't in. I stopped in a few days later and spoke with him. He was uncooperative and unprofessional, blaming me for not calling back again the next day, and claiming there was nothing he could do for me if I didn't have the exact time of purchase. He avoided any solution for a good 10 minutes. Almost comically, he repeatedly looked at the wrong day's transactions and said he didn't see my charge. I had to correct him several times of the date of purchase. He couldn't access the right day and at left me with corporate's number. I'm not upset about the $10 but the very poor customer service. Don't make the mistake of noticing a discrepancy the next day because you'll likely be treated unprofessionally and likely not get your money back.
