“Gladly return to this hotel when back in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Needed a room on the bottom level for my 84 year old MIL. Though originally was told there were no room available on the bottom level, the gentleman at the front desk was able to accomodate and we were very thankful. Though the rooms are a little older, they were clean and comfortable. Sliding glass door to a balcony over looking the stream in back was a pleasant surprise. Fun area with lots to do!”
“The front desk agents are fantastic! They go above & beyond! The caves are steamy with waters that calm and restore relaxation within, with 2 wonderful hot showers, relaxing chairs and benches for lounging while listening to a trickling water fountain. A piece of heaven on earth!”

“This is a great place if your not looking for anything fancy. It was beautiful waking up to the mountains when u look out the window. Pretty peaceful. The only things that lack was a pool and breakfast. But Starbucks is right down the street and for swimming the Indian hot springs was 5 mins away from the hotel so there was ways around it. If you needed clean towels you have to bring it to them so they can replace them. Other than that it was a good place to stay.”
“This review is long over-do
My husband and I spent our 7 year wedding anniversary here and everything was top notch.
We were able to check in early and the staff was so nice and helpful. We brought our dog with us and they provided us with a special dog basket, as well as a very, very nice anniversary basket.
The location is literally steps away from downtown, and they also validate parking at the lot across the street.
The only thing I wish they would do differently, is offer some sort of breakfast. They do supply water & coffee in the hallway & with the downtown area being steps away, it’s ok.
It’s a very old hotel, so whether it’s haunted or not, leave that up to you to decide ?
We will definitely be back for our next weekend getaway in Idaho Springs.”
